I recently stayed at this new hotel, and the experience was overall very positive. The main reason I chose this hotel was because it is new, and usually new hotels are cleaner, fresher, and better maintained. This expectation was true in my case because the rooms were spotless, the design felt modern, and everything smelled new and comfortable. Another reason my stay was enjoyable was because of the breakfast provided. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety of choices, which really gave me a great start to the day.

The check-in process was also very easy and fast. This is important because after a long trip, nobody wants to spend too much time waiting at the reception. The smooth process caused my first impression of the hotel to be very good.

Finally, I appreciate that the hotel has a lot of facilities. This caused my stay to feel more convenient and enjoyable, as I didn’t need to leave the hotel for many basic needs. Overall, because of these reasons, new facilities, good breakfast, easy check-in, and complete amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again in the future.

Friendly staff from the reception desk, I was politely asking for change of room and she help me to do it, very patient and great hospitality.

Is a new hotel, grab driver may call you to ask for several time to confirm the location, since there is another hotel with same name and make them confuse.

The room is cozy, nice and worth for money spend

I give Hotel Imperial Bintulu 5 stars for the room and service. The staff were very friendly and even assisted me at midnight when the Wi-Fi and TV were not working. The only issue was that the hot water in my room didn’t work and the water was very cold. Hopefully, the hotel can improve on this, but it does not affect my 5-star rating.

The hotel is brand new, and as expected, all facilities are in excellent condition. The interior design is elegant and gives off a high-end, classy feel. The meeting rooms feature high ceilings, which contribute to a spacious and comfortable environment for training sessions.

I attended a training event here. The food served was average in taste, and the lunch buffet offered limited variety. Notably, no tea or coffee was provided during lunch, which may disappoint some guests. While hot beverages were available during refreshment breaks, the tea and coffee were not hot, and the coffee lacked flavour.

On the bright side, the lighting in the event hall is good, and the built-in LED screen is functional, though it could be larger to suit the hall’s proportions.

One odd detail: the male urinals are installed too high and appear to be out of ergonomic specification, which could be uncomfortable for some users.

Overall, the hotel shows great potential thanks to its modern facilities and thoughtful design. With a few adjustments, especially in catering and amenities, it could deliver a much better guest experience.

Imperial Hotel Still a new hotel at Bintulu town.
really impressive with first star hotel. hope this hotel can improve a menu for bfast and adding more choice of menu. Another 3-4 stars hotel at Bintulu has Lunch buffet for guest and booking from outside customer. Hope imperial hotel has to soon. But this hotel is really great. The staff are so kindly and always greet the customers always with their smile

The hotel has a lovely interior and great potential for hosting events. However, I hope the banquet department can improve on responding to inquiries. A timely reply would really help potential customers feel more welcomed and informed

Although its very new n nice, it has the worst wifi ever...its as good as no wifi at all eventhough it's off season. Can consider ZERO wifi hotel..
