Booked queen bed room when in Bintulu. Room is clean and spacious. Toilet ok and hot water is working fine. But minus point for no kettle/water heater provided in the room. Guest have to go downstairs for water refills, this is inconvenience for guest travelling with kids.

Decent hotel. value for money. location is good too for those who is tourist visiting bintulu not for working group as it is far from kidurong. quite near to tamu, river front and pasar malam. but far from parkcity or medan area. not so much shops and other establishment.

Stayed for two nights. I have a single bedroom with window. The room is big and clean. Not new new but still new. Water is strong which make the shower so pleasant. Good location and quiet at night. Lots of free parking around. Definitely will come back again

1, Services customer is good, staff friendly.
2. Got lift so easy if lazy use stairs 😂😂
3. Room..so clean.. got some basic need in bathroom.. air cukup kuat.. got some 3in1 coffee and water heater.. many soket.. room smell 👍👍
4. The only problem is my room 305 the wall got someone draw with pen or pensil so if can ask the staff maybe clean it for more better lah..
5. Parking is ok.. just in day time need put out the parking ticket..

A great stay because the room is nice for such affordable price (they have the best long term stay rate too compared to other hotels). It is big enough, simple yet nice, bathroom is neat and clean, there are many drawers, and big window. Wifi is excellent, laundry/supermarket/pharmacy/dental/cafe is nearby. Easy checkin/checkout process. Late checkout time compared to other hotels.

Downsides are there are no mini fridge, shower is good but sometimes early morning (5am) it isn't hot, have to let it run for few minutes to get it a little warm. There are easy parkings around hotel, but during weekdays you have to display parking coupon or you will get ticket.

Another things to note, they do provide basic trinkets such as comb,toothbrush, shower cap, and 3in1 coffee. You have to ask for Iron at reception counter. Surrounding area is calm and quiet at night, except when there are children guests can be quite noisy because the you can hear people outside. And the eatery next to the hotel, not sure if its halal, so for muslim do ask first 🙂

I checked in on Aug 30,2023 stay in room 206. 1st day complain no water to take shower, it took technician 40min to fix. 2nd day morning, same problem occurred, no point to make complain because we run out of time and have to leave this town in short time.

It is at the edge of town. But hey, this is a small town, doesn't matter whether you are in the centre or edge. The place is clean and nice. Even though there is no bellboy service (cos its a boutique hotel) the staff were extremely helpful in getting our stuff to our rooms. Walk a few steps, you will reach a buzzing coffee shop with all kinds of local delights. Walk the other direction, you will experience the local supermarket selling all kinds of goodies. And what's more, the price is soooooooooo affordable!!!!!!! Simple hotel. Basic room. But easily 4 stars or more.
