Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan pengalaman di LAX Retreat! Suasana sangat tenang dan selesa, memang tempat yang sesuai untuk "unwind" dan lari sekejap dari kesibukan harian. Staff semua sangat mesra, profesional dan sentiasa memastikan keselesaan pelanggan. Servis yang ditawarkan juga sangat memuaskan – dari awal hingga akhir rasa sangat dijaga.

Tempat ni sangat bersih, wangi dan aesthetic – memang instagrammable! Memang highly recommended kalau anda perlukan masa untuk rehat, self-care, atau reward diri. Pasti akan datang lagi nanti! 💆‍♀️✨

Tried the seated massage “best of both worlds”, I’d give it a 8/10.

The spa is beautiful, super aesthetic environment. All the staffs are lovely and they were very accommodating to us.

The best spot for a girls relaxing day out! Worth the splurge for special days

I can’t thank Belle enough for her amazing work! My hair was very short due to my Brazilian laser sessions, but she still managed to remove everything perfectly. She was so gentle, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I’m getting married soon, and she really saved me by making sure I felt confident and smooth. Highly recommend Belle for anyone looking for the best service!

I did the Modern Lulur (Lax Signature) with Kamal and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, my time there was so relaxing and enjoyable. Kamal was incredibly accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. Her massage technique was heavenly — I truly felt every bit of stress melt away. Everything was just perfect. I walked out of the spa feeling so fresh, glowy, and completely recharged. Can’t wait to come back!

I had an amazing experience at Lax during the Acai Affairs event last Sunday. The space was clean, beautifully designed, and very aesthetically pleasing. The dish served was absolutely delicious! looking forward to join more events and visit Lax again!

Pretty place, friendly staffs. The treatment is pricey but.... unfortunately it is so worth it. I didn't want to like it so much but it is THAT good. I really enjoyed my massage by Hayati. They started off by asking you to fill a short questionnaire, change and choose your oil, room fragrant and music (you can even choose your own) then after you're done, you get a pot of herbal tea. Overall experience is comfortable, relaxing (masseuse are not unnecessarily chatty when they know you want to relax) and hygienic (disposable underwear, the bed is lined wt disposable liner) and if you're a little shy you'll be safe to know the staff will keep things modest by not over exposing you. Also they are not pushy for you to join the club, I appreciate it very much. No hard selling at all.
