I had my car serviced at Proton Kuang Service Center, and I am very satisfied with their excellent service. The staff were very friendly, understanding, caring, and professional throughout the whole process.

I made an appointment before the service, and special thanks to Ms. Lyli for her kind assistance and good customer handling during my car service.They explained every service detail clearly, including the parts, service duration, and how long the parts can be used. Their explanation was very helpful and easy to understand.

All the staff, including the Automotive Technicians, Diagnostic Technicians, Mechanics, and Service Technicians, provided very good service with polite and professional attitudes.

This is my 5th time servicing my car here, and I am always happy with their service quality. I truly appreciate all the staff for their hard work and excellent customer care.

I highly recommend Proton Kuang Service Center to all my friends and family members. Thank you very much to the whole team for the wonderful experience.

On my journey to Johor from kl, suddenly my car alert me there's an issue with my transmission so I send my car for them to check .the technicians and the receptionist are so helpful, friendly and professional . They provide me a insightful advise on how to upkeep the car and thoroughly check my car condition before they hand over the car to me. Frankly, they are very genuine and sincere. Hardly can find a good a workshop provide genuine and professional service to the customers. Hats off to the employees over there which gives me carefree to drive my car. Am highly recommended on this workshop 👍🏻👍🏻

Always a good place to have service from them. This time, we need to go for 'makan' which is not a walking distance. The staff happily provide us assistance by lending us with a car. Good job.

Surprisingly, this company really shows a good example of Malaysian way on how multi racial it should be.

Don't forget, you can pay by T&G as well.

1. The service and quality efforts put in from the veryTop Management all the way down to the grooming staff and cleaners is beyond words.

2. The feeling you get is your car can never be in safer hands. As a Singaporean sending my car for service there is not about money, it is about the professional service quality that they uphold.

3. After driving my car for 8 years. It still gives me the feeling of a brand new car. I only started regular service there 2 years ago.

First visit for Toyota Wish engine mounting replacement. Also has been experiencing road vibration. Quick diagnosed reveals tie rod replacement required. Replaced worn rods with OEM parts. job well done. Drive feeling smooth again. Planning a second visit soon for brake maintenance job.
