They left us stranded at Mersing without providing us any information on the bus cancellation in the days leading up to the departure date. Frantically calling the numbers on the signage of their closed counter ( at 2pm!) was of little use as everyone I spoke to tried their level best to wash their hands of the issue while giving me a good jerk around. Consequently, we had to take a bus to Johor and from there, another back to KL which costed us an additional 5 hours of our time. I implore you to think twice about giving any business to a company operating on unscrupulous and questionable ethical lines. There are better bus operators out there.

Worst experience ever! The bus was late, when it arrived mersing Jetty, it just stopped 2 minutes then left, didn’t even bother to check if all the passengers boarded, what the hell!
