Everything was great, especially the facilities, which are modern and well-maintained.

However, a few areas could be improved:

While I understand there’s no lift, it would have been better if the staff had offered to help with luggage.

The room was beautiful and clean, but having a desk for work or a dressing table (梳妆台) would have been ideal.

I had takeaway food and needed a spoon, but unfortunately, the hotel—despite having a dining area—did not have utensils available for guests.

It would be helpful to provide more brochures or information about Mersing and the nearby islands.

I appreciated the comfortable sofas on the ground floor and the lovely roof garden. The availability of bicycles was a nice touch, though they seemed a bit old.

Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent location and cleanliness, but I hope to see these small improvements in the future.

I paid $55AUD for my room and although I don’t normally bother with writing reviews, I thought this Hotel should get a mention. I am a solo Australian cyclist and have travelled down the east coast on my way to Johor Bahru. This was the BEST stay I’ve had on my whole journey. Everything was fresh, new, modern and the Staff were more than willing to accomodate with the security of my bicycle over night. There are lots of nice touches and facilities that a lot of other more expensive places are lacking. It ain’t perfect (lack of elevator) but by far my best accomodation experience for the money on my trip so far.

Overall hygiene: 98% (Public toilets meet BMW toilet standards (Bersih, Menawan, Wangi), and the room toilets are also quite good and spotless. Public health and room hygiene are also quite clean, comfortable and pleasant.)🚽😌😗
Service attitude: 100% (the waiter is friendly, has no barriers to communication, smiles and is willing to work)😊😁😁🤗👻
Overall average score: 85% (Although it is not worse than other five-star hotels, it is acceptable as long as the living environment is comfortable and pleasant and the service attitude is good. Moreover, there are also convenience stores and milk tea shops nearby, and there are vending machines downstairs for customers to conveniently purchase）🏨🥤🏪😄😄

整体卫生：98%（公共厕所符合BMW厕所标准（Bersih、Menawan、Wangi），房间厕所也相当好，一尘不染。公共卫生和房间卫生也相当干净、舒适、宜人。）
服务态度：100%（服务员态度友善，沟通无障碍，微笑，肯干）
总体平均分：85%（虽然不比其他五星级酒店差，但只要居住环境舒适宜人，服务态度好就可以接受。而且附近也有便利店、奶茶店，楼下有自动售货机，方便顾客购买）
