BAD FERRY MANAGEMENT EVER.

Ferry management should improve their system and service. Should be one person to handle boarding time, SINCE MALAYSIAN PEOPLE LOVES TO CUT THE QUEUE. Thereโ€™s a few family queue on wrong side and cross over the other queue.

No seating arrangements. Management should improve the seating arrangements using a number seating system just like Langkawi Ferry.

Please alert that Vending Machine is out of service, the machine did not count the money that Iโ€™ve put in.
