Perbaiki servis melayan pelangan...pegawai kaunter menyusahkan org tak bagi bayar pakai Apple Pay kate nye die tak tolak duit hold.. Pay wave menggunakan card dan apple pay adalah benda yang sama.. permudahkan urusan orang jangan menyusahkan..

Function JPJ Segamat. Hadir sini 24Dec23. Kaunter 14 buka semua. Start dari scan angka giliran ( urusan pelbagai ) lebih kurang 20 minit dah setel urusan. Tahniah and keep up a good ethic. 👍

From Palong to here for renew lesen, tak boleh pakai sluar pendek kene halau. Haha. Nyusahkan aku, tak masal2 kene beli seluar bundle.

2. Wear appropriately. No short pants/skirts. No jeans. Check the dress code photo. Be respectful to Malaysian culture.
3. Cashless payment only! MyDebit, visa and Mastercard is accepted.
4. If you need photocopy, or passport photo taken. Next door upstairs provide this service. Rm1 per photocopy. Passport photo rm10 for 6 copies.

Service was friendly and efficient.
I was there to apply for international license rm150. Took less than 10mins.

As a westerner, shocked to be refused entrance for wearing dress shorts. Is this the stone age. So rude. Malays, please come to our country where we will welcome you and not force our culture on you. We respect your differences and encourage you to enjoy your cultural practices in our country. Pity you don't have these manners. And to rub salt into the wound, the office was not clean and shabby. Dirty marks on walls and under counters. Old furniture. Yuk!

Sangat cekap! More than 10 counters open. Waiting time for 11 people takes only 10mins. I was there on 18th Feb.

The apps que will update on waiting period, even vibrates when your turn about to come up.

They need to take down the "No mobile phone allowed" notice since they are adopting the apps in their premise.
