We just came back from Korea + Brunei tour last month. The experience with Ming Ming Travel was totally amazing. They helped us with travel arrangement from K-Eta and everything. It made our travel became easier.

We went there with our tour leader, Sharlene. She is so helpful, fun, and took good care of us. Our local tour guide is also a nice lady.

They provided us with good hotels, delicious Korean food and nice transportation. I am looking forward to another trip with Ming Ming Travel ?

Very friendly and caring travel service I ever found. Entertained us very well during the trip. Plus the activities that they provide is really amazing and challenging. What a good activities and I really enjoyed the trip to Jogjakarta. As such, I highly recommend to those who really love naturally environment and tour with Jeep.

I had a fantastic experience with the travel service company! Their attention to detail and customer service were exceptional. NOT WORTH AT ALL* with the money paid and service rendered. Paying a 5-star fares but travel like a 1-star low cost trip.

Using small planes without pre book seats for both ways. Flight was full, therefore All members got to squeeze in after row 35 for 6 to 7 hours journey. Couples seats were separated. Also wasting a lot of time in the airport for check- in queue.

Tour guide was unprofessional and not trained to handle a proper trip arrangement eventhough it is just a small group of 24pax. Tour guide not doing homework and no idea about Japan. No proper itinerary given but just waiting for the japan ground tour guide to brief before arriving destination.

Very BAD TIME MANAGEMENT.* MOSTLY left only 1 hour or less on each spot or destination. Tour guide doesn't guide but just set time and place to gather for next destination.

Hotel stayed far away from convenience stores or shopping mall. No activities after dinner except hotspring. The WORST PART, COUPLE SLEPT SEPARATELY ON SINGLE BEDS.

根本不值得，而且价格也不便宜。支付 5 星级团费，但享受 1 星级廉价旅行。

乘坐小型飞机，往返均未预订座位。航班已满，因此所有成员都挤在第 35 排之后，旅程持续了 6 到 7 个小时。夫妻座位是分开的。在机场排队办理登机手续也浪费了很多时间。

MMT 导游不专业，没有接受过专业培训，尽管这只是一个 24 人的小团体。导游没有做功课，对日本一无所知。没有提供适当的行程表，只是等待日本当地导游在到达目的地前进行简要介绍。

时间管理非常糟糕。大多数情况下，每个著名景点或目的地只留出 1 小时。导游不带队，只是设定了前往下一个目的地的时间和地点。

酒店远离便利店或购物中心。晚餐后除了温泉外没有任何活动。最糟糕的是，每一对夫妇是分开睡在单人床上。

Ming Ming Travel is the best. Tour Leader is very friendly and helpful. Thank you Elaine for always helping as a cameraman and Alex Chiew is very concerned about the condition of visitors.Although the Europe Tour was arranged at the last minute but got the best.
