I had the displeasure of dealing with the customer service at this agency, and I must say, it was nothing short of outrageous and irresponsible. The staff were unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills. They seemed to have no clue about their own products and services, and their attitude towards customers was downright disrespectful.

I was shocked by the way they treated me, and I would advise anyone thinking of doing business with this agency to beware. Their customer service is simply unacceptable, and I wouldn't want anyone else to have to endure the same experience.

To the management of this agency, I implore you to take a good, hard look at your customer service practices. Your staff need to be trained properly and taught how to treat customers with respect and dignity. Your reputation is at stake, and unless you take action to improve your customer service, you risk losing business and damaging your brand.

Please be grateful for the opportunities you have to serve your customers, and show them the tolerance and respect they deserve. Your customers are the lifeblood of your business, and without them, you have nothing. So, take this feedback seriously, and make the changes needed to ensure that your customer service is top-notch.
