Perjalanan 4 jam lebih nyaman dikasih makan malam enak kenyang. Ditungguin padahal agak telat karena 3 jam abis waktu di imigrasi. ac dingin. Dikasih selimut dan tv entertaint

Great service from staff members Afiq and Yoga. They even let my wife and I use their WiFi which was wonderful. At first the POS machine was not working, but it came back online after about 30 minutes and we were able to buy tickets using our Visa credit card. Our trip to KL could not have been better. We snagged the 2 front upper level seats so our view was awesome! 👏 Seats reclined and were very comfortable. Sadly no WiFi but the A/C was super cold. Also loved the mini screen that showed on demand movies. Decent quality headphones were provided as well.

The service was good but can be improved as the staff in the office wasn’t really that friendly even he answered my question. The bus was great and probably the best I ever had in Malaysia. The toilet in the bus was old and a bit smelly. Food and drink served was the bus was okay. The seats were very comfortable.

편안히 타고 KL왔어요. 2층버스라 고속으로 못 달리고 KL내에서는 정체가 좀 있어 생각보다 시간이 많이 걸립니다. 밥도 주고, 차도 주고. 담요랑 헤드셋도 줍니다. 의자는 매우 편합니다. 아이들도 칭얼대지 않고 잘 왔고, usb포트, 창가자리에는 콘센트도 있습니다.

2.5 out of 5. The staff only told me my ticket wouldn’t include the meal AFTER they sold it to me. They said it was too late to order one even though there were hours before the departure. All they did was say sorry repeatedly instead of attempting to solve the problem or even try. Refused to give me a discount or money back. Staff and whole company need serious customer service training. Bus was older and they informed us all outlet were being turned off for safety reasons so no phone charging. Bus left an hour late due to “traffic” even though it departed from there. Also no wi-fi. So why is this a "luxury" service and costing 2x the normal bus? Total joke. Got a star for decent ride and comfort/bus staff are ok. Overall in need of much improvement and higher standards.

Response to Point 1: This should have been explained BEFORE selling the ticket so the guest would have a fair choice if it's worth paying extra for. This ticket is 2x what the normal bus charges.

Point 2: Again, this needs to be explained BEFORE purchasing tickets.

Point 3: Fair enough but this was not explained to the guests clearly nor was any further info provided other than a text 15 min before departure saying DELAYED ONE HOUR. There's a better way to do that and more advance notice could be given so that the purchaser has all the info in advance to decide if they want to go elsewhere. Common sense.

In case you wonder when the bus will take off and fly since the tagline is “convenient way to fly” - don’t get to excited bros. But they do travels according to the highway speed limits.

Had pleasant experience every time. The bus is on time, clean, efficient, easy booking and top of the top.

Couldn’t ask more - foods, toilet, headphone & good seat. What else you want peeps?

I take this bus from Johore to KL quite often. This is my first time the bus so lousy. But does not mean, I’ll put ratings Iow.

Btw, I asked for 7 cups of milo to get my ROI back every time.
