Trip started PROMPTLY at 8:30 AM, no delays. Driver and crew, Faiz was very nice. They helped with check in, seat directory and baggage. The driver was very skilful when navigating through the narrow roads. In one instance, it was a 2 lane road and there was one car illegally parked. The driver still managed to drive by without even needing to reverse.

At around 8:35, Faiz came down the row with comfy blue blankets and headphones. The headphones worked great with the on-board entertainment (OBE). The OBE was equipped with many movies and songs, of different genres.

At about 9, Faiz served food to us. It had spicy rice, potato wedges and egg. The food was 9/10, tasty! He also served hot drinks which also tasted great!

The rest of the trip, he went around a few times to collect trash.

There was one stop at a fuel station for 15 MINUTES break.

At about 1PM-1:30PM, we arrived at Corus Hotel. Driver was nice enough to let me take videos of the bus.

2 mineral water bottles with Aeroline branding is provided.

Overall, awesome ride. It deserves more than 5 stars!

Bus Quality:

Can clearly tell that the bus was very well kept. The seats were clean and comfortable, recliner and leg rest was working. Screen was working, WC was also very clean. Tray Table also works perfectly fine.

For those who want to travel with Aeroline, tips: DO NOT choose lower cabinet, it's near the toilet) as it smells bad everytime other passagers open the toilet door. Especially during evening journey.

One of the most comfortable method to get into Singapore. Very comfortable buses with huge seats and included meals also. Toilet available in bus as well. It's a little more expensive than normal express bus, although for the comfort, it's quite worth the little extra money. Recommended.

Superb bus service. They have a lounge in the ground floor of the bus where you can literally have a work desk. You can get lot of work done on your commute from KL to Singapore or vice versa. Staff are nice. There is a small toilet and pantry next to the lounge which also has a tv.

Comfortable experience, great in house entertainment, seat is adjustable, air-conditioning is cool and adjustable. Food served is super small portion so I always pack along some snacks. Toilet is only allowed to urinate.
