Request nak bilik bawah tak dapat sedangkan bilik banyak kosong. Nak stay 4 hari dengan barang banyak angkut naik tangga sebab lif rosak. Dapat pula bilik aircond rosak, tandas rosak, lampu banyak mentol dah tak nyala. Staff pula tak pandai cakap melayu. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Totally NOT RECOMMEND for this place.

1) Old room & aging furniture (broken door, hanging bed light, toilet floor with mold, table with many unknown insects, smelly bedsheet and stained pillows, poor lighting, noisy aircond)

2) Lack of services (untrained and unfriendly staff, NO Wifi saying it is technical issue, No Hair dryer, No shampoo or any toiletries, No towel, no water)

3) Poor environment & Facilities (swimming pool was a joke like a pond for fish, you can hear the sound of people walking up/down and slamming the door throughout the night, lizards, ants, insects everywhere)

Zero star for this place and should be shut down immediately!

The rooms are clean but there is some mold in the toilet. No television in my room due to maintenance issues. No refrigerator. The shower hose is leaking. The cafe is closed. Please wear proper swimming attire because the swimming is shared with the clubhouse. Around 5 to 10 minutes to Mentakab Star Mall.

Please avoid to stay here. You will regret. From the room to the facilities all is not well maintain. Lift is not function. Pool is not available. Bed sheet smell. Room smell. Please close this place if you not ready to serve visitors

Check-in 02-03 February 2024. Swimming pool closed, room don't have refrigerator, lift not operating, WiFi connected but no internet connection(strong signal). Seem like dying hotel. Not what we had expected from the picture. Bad vibe.Bad experience. Not recommended.

jgn percaya dgn gambar bilik dan kedaan hotel yg cntik.hakikat sangat sangat teruk tempat nie.semua benda rosak.tv rosak,aircond tak sejuk,air shower slow, dengan semua staff die orang pakistan.pakistan yang yang tak boleh cakap melayu n english.dari c.in sini lagi elok bg c.in hotel bajet..lagi selesa n cntik.harap korang baca la komen dlu..

pertugas...reseption kurang mesra alam sikit.
bilik tiada TV...boring sikit la ank2.
pintu nak ke kolam kena bagitahu baru buka.
PENTING...sini kadang2 tiada air...AWAS....membuat rasa kurang sabar...air itu penting.
makan kat luar boleh cari yang enak2.
Klau boleh bawa bekal jajan2 utk ank2.

Room quite run down. The room I stayed have no tv but have the tv bracket. The wall light was also missing but the cable can be seen together with the light bracket. Room have cup and saucer with 2 coffee sachet and plastic spoons but no kettle (had to ask for kettle from the front desk) and no telephone in room to call the front desk for any help. Room has a musky smell when check in. Aircond was not cold even put on the lowest setting temp. Room was a bit dim because of the missing wall light. Price is rm77 for a night on a Sunday night. Pool was closed by 8pm which I find too early for guests to enjoy. Asked for ice but none in the whole hotel as mentioned by the staff.... And there is a restaurant but they don't have ice hmmmmm 🤔. Also after check in suddenly there was no water in the room. Had to walk out of the room (no phone in room) to complain about the water. After about 30 mins the water came back on and no explanation or apologies given. In the morning upon check out the front staff did not even greet guests coming to the counter to pay for the room which for a hotel it's very surprising. The staff was also not local. Sad that the hotel looks nice but with all these issues I think I will not come again.
