I called few hotels nearby this area and this was the only hotel answered the phone, so I decided to stay here.
The staff are so friendly, the room I stayed is big and clean.
You can find Zus coffee, family mart, tealive and Mr. Diy near by.

Stayed in the hotel from July 13 to 15 (2 Nights), Owners & Staff really hospitable and helpful. Rooms spacious and beds comfortable, well-cleaned and the sitting area at reception with Hot & Cold water dispenser and vending machine make guests comfortable. Close to many eating places, launderettes and convenience stores. Midway between Teluk Batik beach and Sitiawan town, and near to the Lumut jetty for Pangkor.

Location and comfort is good at their price point. Room is very spacious with basic amenities. Aircon and shower facilities looked recently refurbished. Visitors are advised to bring their own toiletries as the hotel does not provide. Room is poorly lit and as with the common problem with MY hotels, the no-smoking rooms are poorly enforced hence there is a perpetual stale smoke smell in the room... The only main gripe about this hotel.

Food and convenience stores are across the street. It's abt 3km to the ferry terminal and 3km to the Navy Gate so good location for those staying for work or for holiday.

spacious room for a family of three. friendly staffs as well. clean bathroom. comfortable bed.||||but eventhough it was a no-smoking hotel, i can smell the smoke coming from the bathroom exhaust fan. i believe some tenant might be smoking inside the bathroom. should have done something about that.||valued-add service mentioned were quite misleading. it said to have cable tv but it turns out to be only in the reception area. not in the room we're staying. quite a bummer.

It was a very pleasant and happy experience staying in this nice, clean and friendly hotel when our family took a holiday break to Sitiawan Lumut area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly the price is excellent for the bigger than usual rooms with free wi-fi, big TV and very clean facilities.||The location of the hotel is 5 min drive from Sitiawan town towards Lumut (at the junction turning into Teluk Batik) was nice with it being away from the busy, noisy town and gives a relaxing out of town feeling. Moreover, it is a nice in between location where another five minutes drive will get you to Lumut or board the boat to Pulau Pangkor or to Telok Batik - the popular beach.||In another direction, if you head towards Kampong Cina, in 10mins, you would find the famouse "Tua Pek Kong" temple where many devotees or visitiors has found "money luck" after visiting the temple 🙂 . The hotel conveniently provides maps & directions. So its really convenient to park yourself in this hotel and drive all directions to enjoy the simple kampong experiences, people and local food, which are never found in the big cities like Singapore||I strongly recommends this hotel and i would rate it as Excellent for good services, convenient location, amenitites are easily available as it is surrounded by other shops and good pricing for a good size room.

Last weekend, i was in Sitiawan again - Somehow, i was drawn back to stay in this little warm Aloha hotel - for it's simple friendly environment, same economical value priced rooms, and now with improved excellent wifi bandwidth :-)||The aircon works fine during my stay and i didn't had the same experience as the last reviewer on air con problem.||This time, i noticed even "mak salleh /ang mo/ foreigners" are checking into this small warm hotel.||Early in the morning like 7am, i was craving for food. Walking a few shops along the row from the hotel, i found this "chinese coffee shop/noodle store" which didn't look "dressed up" but had excellent chicken curry noodles, kampong chicken eggs and great hot milk tea. It is a simple family set up and the aunty said the curry chicken, stock for the noodles etc are all home cooked - no wonder it felt like eating at home with no after taste of aji no moto. It was a satisfying yummy breakfast.||Do check them out and not missed them while you are around this area

Spacious...spacious...the room i rented have spealer system that can be connected to our phone....the bathroom wow....so big....its about 6x9 feet.location is near to lumut and telok batik...its in between...and infront there is a local satay outlet....opah satay....food is just around the corner....worth the stay
