My recent MM2H application process was expertly managed to its successful outcome by Nicky Gan. She is the epitome of professionalism and diligence with superb attention to detail, an abundance of patience combined with warm empathy and kindness. The processes were always thoroughly, clearly and very patiently explained and the follow-ups always prompt and supportive. Kudos to Nicky and all her colleagues in the Head Office and also in the newly-opened office in Johor Bahru for their exemplary standards of client service.
