Service vraiment excellent !
Avant d'arriver en Malaisie, j'avais comparé les offres de taxi pour me rendre de notre hôtel à Malacca jusqu'à l'aéroport de Kuala Lumpur. J'ai envoyé une demande à Anna qui m'a répondu dans la journée.
Arrivés à Malacca, nous avons repris contact avec elle par email pour effectuer la réservation. Anna a été très réactive et très transparente sur le temps de transport et les tarifs (250 ringgits pour le trajet Malacca - KLIA1). Pour faciliter la communication, elle a ensuite correspondu avec nous via WhatsApp.
Le jour du départ, Anna est arrivée à l'avance devant la réception de notre hôtel. Nous sommes donc partis parfaitement à l'heure comme c'était convenu
Le véhicule utilisé est très propre, très confortable et climatisé. Durant le trajet, Anna nous a donné bcp d'anedoctes sur son pays et nous a prodigué de bons conseils pour la suite de notre voyage. Notons également qu'elle conduit très prudemment. Nous sommes arrivés largement à l'heure à l'aéroport.
Nous conseillons vivement de faire appel aux services d'Anna même pour de plus longs trajets : elle peut même vous emmener à Taman Negara ou aux Perhentian. Le service est très fiable, très efficace et la personne est en plus d'une grande gentillesse.

I had done some research prior to arriving in Malaysia, as I wanted a reputable, female taxi driver to take me the 3.5 - 4 hours from Melaka to Mersing. Anna was efficient in her communication and I felt confident in confirming the arrangements with her. She arrived promptly on the morning of the booking, she drove confidently and safely, and was great company during the journey.

Punctual, friendly, and helpful with information along the way. The car was spotless and smelled fresh, naturally clean without any overpowering artificial scents.
She even provided water and a small snack, which was a lovely touch.

My husband and I used Anna's Taxi for the journeys from Tampin/Pulua Sebang railway station to our hotel in Melaka town centre (and back again 3 days later). Anna was fantastic at communicating - at first by responding to my initial email enquiries and subsequently by Whatsapp when we were in Malaysia. She was punctual, smart, and very interesting to talk to. Her car was comfortable, clean with good aircon and she was a very safe and sensible driver.
