setahun 2/3 memang wajib saya staycation dekat sini, walaupun daripada rumah ke hotel hanyalah mengambil masa 10 minutes sahaja, hotel berhadapan dengan shopping mall R&F, disediakan jambatan sambungan hanyalah mengambil masa 7 minute sahaja untuk berjalan kaki tetapi perli naik tangga ya, tempat breakfast perlu turun ke lobby dulu & naik tangga dilobby, ada gym & kolam renang juga, layanan daripada staff & juga bellboy juga terbaik, hotel GBW adalah tempat sangat strategic, hanya 5 minute ke pasar karat, damascus, & juga komtar jbcc, city square, & juga CIQ. sangat berbaloi pilih lokasi hotel ini kerana sangat strategic, kalau malas bawa kereta, naik grab je, kalau dah stay sini semua dekat dekat dah, umpama center 🛍️

The concierge is friendly and the breakfast is simple but delightful. The elevator is very speed and comfortable. The location is a bit tricky but if u follow maps it should be okay.

Service out !!! Srsly aku minta iron dari petang sampai malam TAK DAPAT . dia kata “ramai orang hari ni tak pasti dapat ke tak” weiii esok aku graduate tauuu.. takkan hotel “4 star” TAK CUKUP IRON !?rating 1 bintang je layak . KORANG KALAU ADA EVENT KE HAPE KE JANGAN PILIH HOTEL NI CARI HOTEL LAINNNN!!!

KANG MENYESAL SEUMUR HIDUP !!

Aircon cool, Very big room with the very old small size pillows & very old king bed likely wants to collapsed , very old dark blanket 🥲🥲🥲🥲not too convenient to stay because there is no coffee shop nearby, but opposite nxt buildings is the r&f shopping mall mostly shop are bankruptcies no much food to eat, wifi often log in/ out. 3 Nights stay feel regret. If wanna go city square taxi rm8/ ksl rm12..

Take note: alot cockroach
: no blower
: no iron

Dapat masuk bilik yang premium kot rasanya hari tu. Harga RM200++ tapi dapat diskaun bayar RM180 sahaja.
Bilik ni oklah saiznya. Perabot pun ok cuma macam dah lama.
Bath tub pun ada cuma tak sempat nak gunakan.

Guna bilik seminar utk buat event buka puasa. Terbaiklah staff bahagian AV dia ni. Very helpful. Walaupun dewan ada tiang tapi bila ada 3 projector dan 3 screen problem settle

Makanannya masa buffet sedap. Best giler.. Alhamdulillah..

Rasanya macam nak repeat stay 2-3 hari pulak lepas ni. Hahaha

I called reception to borrow a scissor to open the baby food. I was asking nicely and said, "hi, can we borrow scissor" and I was cut right away. Sharply firmly by the reception. Can't even let me finished my sentence. I thought it was very rude. It got awkward so I just hung up.

the room is spacious. but there's some prob with the toilet. pls pay more attention to the maintenance. overall was okla. the staffs are friendly.
