I had a terrible experience with this team. I booked a bus for a wedding client to transport guests from the hotel to the wedding venue, but midway, the driver turned back, claiming he received a call from management instructing him to switch to a bigger bus—something we never requested. By then, it was already late, and the driver refused to return to pick up the guests. I immediately contacted management, but they couldn’t provide a solution. In the end, I had to arrange multiple cars to transport the guests myself.

On top of that, the other drivers had no idea where to pick up or drop off the guests and kept asking the guests themselves—who were all foreigners. None of the drivers were on time either.

I requested a refund, but even after two months, I haven’t received any updates. Absolutely terrible service from both the crew and staff.

Seamless and hassle free experience with the chartered bus service between SG and Malaysia in Jan 2025. For a considerable group of folks, this is an amazing and affordable choice. The drivers and guide are very friendly and kind. Strongly recommending.

Dear Team,

Context: use the same driver arranged by B2C from SG to Melaka.

I am deeply disappointed with the behavior and attitude of the assigned bus driver during our recent company trip. There were several instances of poor conduct and lapses in judgment that need to be addressed:

*Lack of Initiative and Poor Service:*
Upon arrival at our office, the driver alighted and went off to smoke without attempting to locate or communicate with me or the person in charge. Instead, I had to seek him out.
Additionally, when some of us struggled to load our luggage and materials onto the bus, he stood idly by without offering any assistance.

*Dangerous Driving Behavior:*
During the trip, the driver displayed unsafe practices by dangling his leg over the clutch and gear while driving, creating unnecessary risks.

*Inconsiderate Actions:*
On the return journey, when most of us were resting, he abruptly played loud music without consideration for the passengers. It took over 10 seconds and intervention through the group chat and the tour guide to get him to lower the volume.

*Unprofessional and Unethical Behavior:*
The driver attempted to negotiate additional charges for agreed-upon stops, starting with RM20 and then increasing to RM40. Despite this, he failed to make the stop as instructed.
Having participated in numerous company trips, I must say this was the worst experience I have encountered due to the driver’s conduct.

I strongly urge you to thoroughly screen and assess bus drivers more carefully for future trips to prevent such issues from recurring. This level of service is unacceptable and does not meet the standards expected for our company events.
