Went for Deepavali 🧨 🪔 shopping without any plan and randomly picked Casa Colney Hotel 🛏️— didn’t expect much, but it truly made my stay happy and satisfying! The place was super clean, cozy, and definitely worth the money. The staff were very friendly and helpful 🍕 🍕.Special thanks to Kamini from housekeeping, who helped shift my luggage 🧳for my extended stay with a warm smile and kind attitude. The receptionist was also very helpful and quickly arranged my room extension for the next day📆.

The front desk staff were always smiling, which made me feel so comfortable. They were easy to talk to, guided me on where to eat and shop, and even informed me about traffic jam areas — like my mini Google! 🌎

The parking area is located at the back of the hotel. I asked about the safety of my car at night, and without hesitation, the staff assured me that a night guard would be on duty. I could conveniently walk through the back door straight into the hotel. It felt safe and easy to access from the car park 🚗.

One thing I loved the most was the pleasant perfume fragrance in the lift — it lifted my mood every time I used it, and the scent still stays in my mind! 💕

During my stay, I noticed many Malay guests — some teenage boys came for a run, and some kakak with their families were staying for a wedding function. It gave such a lively and warm atmosphere around the hotel 🏨.

During my checkout in the morning, I noticed a Western guest also checking out. He asked the staff to keep his luggage, probably to go for breakfast — and they assisted him so kindly. It was nice to see how much he trusted the hotel staff, which clearly shows their honesty and professionalism.

Before leaving, the staff thanked me for staying and wished me a safe journey — such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel cared for, like being sent off by guardian Angels.

The location was perfect, with a famous Indian restaurant and a 24-hour shop nearby. I left with a happy heart ❤️ and would definitely choose Casa Colney Hotel again for my next trip. Highly recommend!.👍👍

A very humble yet comfortable hotel. I booked 2 nights here, and all the staffs are very friendly and kind. They helped me so much during my stay, and always greet us with a smile on their faces. The room itself is cozy, very clean and cool. It comes with an android TV! Login to your netflix and binge away (I did cuz it was raining a lot during my stay). There's a water dispenser at the lobby, an iron and its board on the hallways on each floor, and the lobby always smells so good. There's a 24hrs grocery store in front of the hotel, and there's a big car park at the back of the hotel. No problem finding parking here. Thanks to all the staffs that made my stay comfy. Definitely will visit again.

Despite being near the city’s attractions, the hotel itself was quiet and relaxing, which I really appreciated.What impressed me most was the service. Spent 2 nights here and the price was affordable. It located nearby all the Ipoh famous travel places and it has its own carpark so is really convenient for those who drives here. However, just a little reminder, quite a lot of mosquito there, especially in the lobby, aware that the mosquito will follow u enter the room so don't left your door open. Overall the room was quite clean too.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and attractions. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options and everything tasted fresh. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I had a pleasant stay at Casa Colney Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, although there’s still a bit of room for improvement in terms of amenities. The service from the staff was generally good friendly and helpful, but sometimes a little slow during peak hours. The location was decent, but it could be more convenient if closer to key attractions and public transport. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay for a short trip, with good value for money

This place very quite and very clean. For those have older ppl can choose this hotel. Got lift. Room attired very good. Staff all very friendly. Highly recommended
