The car I received matched my booking perfectly and had been cleaned and washed before being handed over to me. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process.

My only minor complaint is that the fuel tank was only a quarter full when I received the car, which made me a bit uncomfortable, but it didn’t cause any real issues. Overall, the service was great and offered good value for money.

Rented 2 proton cars for 3 days to drive up to Mersing.

1. Communication & transaction
Transaction was smooth. Booked through whatsapp. Confirmation and payment links were sent through email. Request to extend was done through whatsapp, and they managed to reply to us instantly.

2. Condition of the car
Both cars are well taken care of. They were some minor defects which they explained to us clearly before we took the car.

3. Pick up and drop off
Apparently, the company does offer to pick you up or drop you. We were made aware of this upon returning the car, so best to prompt them first to save some ringgit on grab.
