Bilik ok, cuma aircond bocor, receptionist ok juga membantu tapi x dapat tukar bilik bila offer nk hantar maintenance terus rasa x pe la sb dalam bilik ada barang2 kami perlukan privacy lagipon 1 malam saja..so kami minta towel untuk letak dekat air aircond yang menitik dekat lantai. lagi 1 tuala mandi bau hapak harap pihak hotel basuh la tuala tu guna pewangi soflan or downy...

Given the affordable price and location, it was good. I’ve been to far worst budget hotel than this. The rooms were decent given the price but i noticed some twin bedrooms are larger than others by a lot. I stayed here many times and the room for the last stayed was really small even though it was for 2 people. My suggestion is change the smaller twin room to one queen size bedroom. That would be much better.

If the stains were too much, just get rid of the bedsheets. It really gives bad image to the hotel. My biggest concern was the lock door and BROKEN latch. The main lock didn’t work as well, very dangerous especially when you stayed alone. I was a bit worried the whole night. I don’t think i’ll stay here for the 5th time. I travel alone most of the times, this is dangerous.

A mineral water bottle for the room guest is a simple hotel 101, I understand if it's 1 star hotel. It's very cheap anyways.

The bed mattress is very old, I had to cover up with the attached blacket to use as a bed sheet to sleep. The pillows - got 4, only 1 was used, the other 3 was kinda old.

Thank God toilet was clean. I believe the bed is the most important part for any hotel.

Makan duit deposit. Saya book room 217, mcm biasa time masuk deposit RM 50. Time check out, ada tertumpah sedikit air milo kat bahagian selimut, tiba2 kata nak potong RM 30. Alasan kain ni nak hantar dobi, so kitorang nanti akan bayar. Wth, so kalau tak kotor langsung korg tak hantar dobi ke? Pakai balik ke? Pengotornya. Alasan nak bayar bayar dobi sbb ada kotoran sikit, kecil tau bkn besar, tak masuk akal lgsg. Aku haram kan korang makan duit deposit aku! Haram dunia Akhirat!

Bilik luas, berbaloi dgn harga. Bg yg muslim, ruang selesa untuk solat dibilik.

location strategic, deposit rm50 kena guna cash, my room takde isu apa”, bilik tak kotor, well maintained, ada lif, nak dapat parking depan hotel susah sikit so kena parking jauh sikit depan kedai moto, staf pun bagus, mudah untuk berurusan,

overall, hotel yang bagus dan akan ke sini lagi jika ada urusan kerja di kawasan johor bahru

Room was basic but spacious and very clean. Ada kettle and coffee + tea, no iron. Water provided in a glass bottle. Location is good, few mins drive to angsana mall. In the morning ada few stalls jual nasi lemak within walking distance. There's a small convenience store next door. Ample parking.

**Terrible experience – not safe for solo female travelers**

I had a very unsettling and anxiety-inducing experience at this hotel. A man came knocking on my door and kept trying to open it. I immediately called reception, and while they did come up and said they would check the CCTV, they later told me it was a "wrong room" incident.

Trying to give the place the benefit of the doubt, I went back up… only for the same thing to happen **again**. At that point, I didn’t feel safe at all. I checked out around 9 PM and moved to a much safer hotel.

This entire experience ruined my sleep and gave me serious anxiety. I *absolutely do not recommend this hotel, especially for women traveling alone.* Safety should never be a gamble.
