JB Sentral or CIQ is a very strategic area to commute everywhere in the JB area, with Bus, taxis and private hire availability.

The taxi queue around this CIQ is bad. They should have a few drop/ off and pick up point to break the massive queue and traffic hold up. Hope someone in charge there, make some efforts to improve the traffic and human flow.

In the peak hours, calling grab is more expensive than the taxi.
I try to call a grab to Bukit Indah on Friday night, the fees could up to RM 50+, but taxi is just cost me RM 37

Sadly they hired an incompetent management
They should have removed the Fences for drop off points and boarding point and raining people also no need to run in the rain.
