Security guard yang bertugas pada 3.5.2024 (jumaat) pada waktu petang (3pm) sangat biadab! Sampai² ja depan hotel terus cakap kasar suruh kami parking tepi dulu kemudian baru blh parking bawah bila dah siap register. Cukup bg tahu sekali Kami dah faham. Ini tak, Sampai 3 Kali dia ulang ckp dgn kasar seolah kami tidak memberi kerjasama. Org tgh nak parking tepi dia dtg dgn ckp² kasar. dah siap parking tepi pun dia dtg lagi dgn muka bengis dia. dah la kami first time dtg hotel ni, nak happy² dgn family tp mood Kami rosak bila sampai² ja dah kena hadap dengan layanan yg kurang ajar dari security guard. Nak tegas boleh, tp itu bkn tegas tp biadab! Lain lah kalau kami tidak memberi kerjasama, masuk akal juga kalau nak marah². Yg lain semua ok. Cuma security guard yg bertugas masa itu ja sangat tidak ok!

Thank you to the front desk staffs. They were very helpful, professional with high working spirit. Hotel location is perfect. You can’t get lost anywhere in Miri because it is not only centrally located and the hotel can be seen at every angle you go. Beddings were great but only lack of amenities for the bathroom. Although it was a holiday season (Gawai) that time everyone tried their best to make everyone staying at the hotel as comfortable as possible. Thumbs up for them. Breakfast was ok. Just wish there were more varieties of bread and fresh vegetables at the salad corner. Other than that it was an awesome stay for us. Thank you.

Full star review! Lots of free parking , gym and swimming pool , even got sauna room! Room have very nice view of the city. Clean and safe! Price wise its well worth it for the service and location. Will come here again next visit. Owh and free breakfast!

New, clean and well maintained hotel. There are 18 floors. We stayed on the 11th. Very quiet place, excellent for a nice quiet stay.

The rooms are spacious with very cool AC, comfy clean beds and clean mold free toilets. The rooms have an iron, iron board, hairdryer, safe and TV. Toiletries such as toothbrush, vanity kit, shower cap, 3in 1 soap are provided. Only no mini fridge.

Parking is plenty, in the basement as well as outside at the right side of the hotel. The outside parking is guarded at night by the patrolling security.

Breakfast is provided, international cuisine like nasi lemak, laksa, congee, toast, eggs, red beans, mee goreng, sweet sour fish, daging korma, butter rice, stirfried bitter gourd, waffle, salad bar and hot and cold drinks. Overall, not bad.

We stayed for 2 nights on the 10 th floor and the room was very spacious and comfortable. There was a 42 inch TV , kettle , tea /coffee , hair dryer and most importantly a safe locker that works . Air conditioner and hot water facilities were available. The breakfast buffet was very good too with suitable options for pescatarians and vegetarians as well . The view from the room was very good . Hotel is very close to the city about a 15 min walk to the imperial mall .
The bathroom was very good but the only drawback was the bad smell coming from the drains probably.We were also able to check in at around 11pm without a problem . Good service .Definitely worth recommending
