Aktiviti keluarga kami sempena 1 Muharram 1446H, tahun baru Hijrah.. Alang2 bercuti di pantai timur, Terengganu & Kelantan.. Kami selitkan aktiviti untuk memberikan pengalaman indah buat anak2.. 🥰🥰🥰

Kami berurusan dengan sahabat kami Islandboy Jeffree & mengambil pakej ke Pulau Perhentian melalui syarikat beliau.. Senang berurusan & harga yg sangat2 berpatutan..

Bertolak Dari jeti selepas bersarapan pagi di kedai makan yg terdapat di sekitar kawasan jeti.. Pengalaman menaiki bot laju untuk ke Pulau Perhentian, sekitar 30 minit dilambung ombak.. Alhamdulillah, masih steady & tak mabuk laut..

Sampai di Taman Laut, kami bertukar bot yg membawa kami ke 5 point, sesuai dengan pakej yg diambil.. Ada point untuk aktiviti snorkeling, melihat batu karang, ikan yu & penyu! Ada juga point untuk mandi air tawar.. Anak2 sungguh teruja dengan aktiviti hari ini..

Sekitar jam 1pm, kami diturunkan semula di Taman Laut, untuk menunggu bot yg akan membawa kami pulang ke jeti di darat.. Kami makan tengahari di restoran Abdul Chalet & anak2 bermandi mandi di pantai berhadapan chalet.. Jam 3:45pm, kami bergerak pulang ke darat.. Anak2 yg keletihan, terlelap hampir sepanjang perjalanan pulang .. 😉😉😉

It was the best experience ever with Mr Farhan (our boatman/tour guide) and the owner who so graciously walked to us at our breakfast spot to pass us our snorkeling equipment.

Very flexible company as well. A few friends could not participate for the second half of the trip, the owner allowed a discount on the price. Paid a total of RM90 per pax (as of June 2022), snorkeled from 10am to 5.30pm. Exhausting, but very much worth it!

Would recommend Mr. Farhan as a guide if you're travelling in a younger group; super friendly and brings you to local spots. Also brought me to hike up with him to a high spot that overlooks the ocean in Pulau Rawa. 100/10 wonderful pictures.

I have booked for a day trip to Redang Island and received confirmation from them. They asked us to come to Merang jetty point next day by 8.30am.

They have given 2 options for making payment online / Cash. I selected cash payment and they have accepted the same.

Next day morning when I started from hotel and on the way to jetty point they texted me to cancel the trip since they have done over bookings for the day.
After that I tried multiple agencies to get the tickets but due to weekend rush we haven’t get tickets.
Our holiday trip got spoiled 😭😭.
We came from KL by driving 450km all the way and spoiled our holiday because of poor management from this agency.

The staff is absolutely friendly. Their communication is quite good and prompt over emails. They make good arrangements at really affordable prices. The best part was that they gave us their own snorkeling equipment (which generally the snorkeling tour company gives). Benefit being that the equipment was relatively less used and hence, the seals of goggles were snug; also the drains of snorkel were working effectively.

Lovely staff... REALLY disappointed they bring a slab of 24 single use plastic water bottles on their trips (multiple boats going out every day that's ALOT of wasted plastic)
Why not bring a gallon and fill reusable cups and bottles as I've had on every other dive/snorkel trips
The first snorkel stop they anchored straight onto the coral - the snorkel consisted of 70% dead coral... 2nd snorkel stop on Sibuan there was abundant sealife and beautiful coral but you are snorkeling through plastic bags, packets..straws, bottles etc. I have never seen so much plastic on the surface (I have travelled quite a bit through asia and I'm used to seeing alot of trash!)
On the ride back to Semporna we had heavy rainfall which resulted in hundreds upon hundreds of plastic bottles being flushed out to sea from the town (no exaggeration). While the tour company is not responsible for this directly, they are adding to the problem by using dozens of single use bottles per day, which is inexcusable for a company that makes their living from the ocean. And what a shame as the staff are great, and the islands are extremely beautiful.

Do not use for accomodation. They book rooms without telling you that the room does not meet the criteria you asked for. No flexibility, no refund possible.
