Joined their Mohe + Harbin + Inner Mongolia tour in June 2025

1. Too many headcount in a group (32 customers)
2. Some of the tourist attractions are not attractive and not even well-maintained
3. Too long hours sitting inside the bus travel from one city to another (may consider alternative way such as domestic flight)
4. Tour leader walked too fast
5. No value-added activities such as horse riding in Inner Mongolia. Mostly are FOC attractions.
6. Less time allocated in nice tourist attractions. For example, we were given only 20-30min to wear Inner Mongolia traditional costume and take photos.
7. At the first few days, tour leader did not count the number of people properly when arrived in a place

The funniest thing is that, by the end of the trip, the tour leader took my phone and almost hit "Yes" to recommended service in their FB page, without properly getting customer's honest feedback.

Unlucky meet this tour leader who not helpful, not automatically helps guests on the need. Whole travel very rushing in walking but infact the schedule/itinerary is very free. Hence, tour leader didn't work it well in balancing.

We recently went to Juizhaigou with Deluxe Tour Ipoh, it was really a good quality tour with quality Hotels, meals and very professional guide and Driver and the tour leader from Ipoh, Eddy was really a caring and patient guy! Horrible experience with every visit to the tourist destinations rushed in 20-30 minutes max. The tour guides do not wait for their clients to gather and just head forward nonstop in customs and are surprised when the group disperses and are lost. I would much rather spend my time at home

I felt i was fooled during my vacation. I have no idea how the company communicated with another party traveller agency. Schedule wasn't well arranged, wasted a lot of time in the bus just to travel city to city. Last day was too rush whereby the last day attractions can be split out to visit some on the first day before we travelled to another city. We were told to ride the hot air balloon in cappadocia via the itinerary but ended up we were arranged to ride at pamakale yet charged the same price whereby it was cheaper via online. Lots of redundant route. We were told that we will be accomodated in cave hotel, in fact we were not, we were accomodated in resorts which have only okay facilities. We were told that itinerary will be changed upon customers request when we booked and that was at least 6 months before the trip, yet all were lies. Very disappointed. Tour guide was very nice, unfortunitely the company very upsetting. My first and last time with this company.

The staffs ( a man) all are not professional, when u enquire about tour package, they just pretend dont see Even u are standing right in front of them.
