I am thoroughly impressed with DHL MIRI’s service! From start to finish, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. What stood out most, however, was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff (Ms. Rainy). Quick response and went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed. It’s rare to experience such personalized, thoughtful service, and it made the entire process so much smoother. I will definitely be using DHL for all future shipments and highly recommend them for their top-notch service and amazing team.

It was my first experience of using an international courier service, and i want to give a huge thanks to DHL service for helping me with an emergency situation with the parcel. Dealing with them is a pleasure, and the person who responded to me was -Miss Rainy Yong- and I highly appreciate her co-operation and the professionalism. A very special thank to you and your very responsive team. I used the international service for sending my document to London from Miri Sarawak. I am happy that i was able to speak directly to them as many times as I needed to deal with my parcel. I am very much satisfied with the service and professional behavior of company and its representatives. Even my parcel do not reached the destination on time as promised by them, but they do contact me and guide me with proper tracking info sent directly to my mobile. I am extremely happy with the prompt service provided by DHL. Will 100% be using them again in future! Thank you!
