The price and location is good u can just grab..but in terms of amenities like heater the hot water not really working..and tv is just singapore channels..malaysia channels there not regular if it matters ..cleanliness is excellent. Its Non carpet the room 101 we are in.

The pillow inside is yellow stain. Toilet is not clean and the sink is clogged, water go down so slow. No exhaust fan. No eateries nearby except mcdo and giant which is 5-10mins walk. 20mins from jb sentral. Bus stop in front of hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room need improvements.

The price is very affordable, suitable for those on a tight budget. The room is extremely clean and smells nice, with plenty of bathroom amenities provided. However, parking is a bit difficult as it is an open parking area. The room is not soundproof, so you can hear the noise of motorcycles and cars from outside. A deposit of RM50 is required for the room.

Do not come here unless you want lots of noise when you sleep as it’s not sound proof and you can’t even shower cause why? NO WATER! This happens off and on and it’s very frustrating. Otherwise service is ok and staff as well.

In the town area with convenient access to food and leisure centres. The room is medium in size and is comfy and clean. Excellent service from the staff. The downside is that it is close to the main road and very noisy (no need for an alarm clock).

Great experienced during my stay kat sini. Hotel bersih dan selesa. Semua keperluan ada. Yg penting Iron beserta iron board ada dlm bilik yer. Plug pon byk yer. Yg penting selesa cuma tak berapa sound proof jela. Tp Kalau yg jenis tidur mati sbb penat kerja. Mesti tak sedar dah. Dia takda la terlampau kuat. Tp dgr la. Cuma parking jela. Tak terlampau byk sbb parking open. Hotel pun dekat dgn attractive place

I believe no the all room is same like my room .

In terms of price, location, and room amenities, it offers good value for money. However, there is a major issue of having cockroaches. Fortunately, they are all small cockroaches, with two on the table, one in the corner of the wall, and one coming out from the drain as soon as the toilet is flushed. This has greatly unnerved my wife. There are two other minor issues: the toilet lacks proper ventilation, and two out of the four pillows have an unpleasant odor, possibly due to not being properly dried.

Nonetheless, the hotel's facilities and design are satisfactory, and the room is well-equipped. The front desk service is also good, and apart from the strong soapy smell on the bathroom floor, there are no significant odors in the room. The pricing is reasonable. I genuinely hope that the hygiene issues can be resolved. Overall, I am quite satisfied and hope to return if these issues are addressed.
