Excellent friendly service. Great communication with Zarrar pre, during and post shipping to make sure everything was going ok. All of my belongings were packing throughly and fragile items were wrapped really well. Most things arrived in its original state. Note for anyone shipping white clothes - they may get some mould marks so be careful. Entourage put in dehumidifier packs to help with this and most items of clothing / bedding were absolutely fine, but the odd one had marks. Hopefully they will wash out. Very happy with the service in the U.K. too.

We recently moved from Johor after being there for 12 years. It was a big move, and Zarrar and his company entourage took care of the whole thing perfectly. I cannot recommend them enough, extremely professional, polite and pleasant staff. I did not have to think of anything, they took care of every single detail.

Entourage provided fantastic service end-to-end. Very professional packing service at the house and very transparent about the logistics process. At the other end the movers helped us unpack the boxes and took all the plastic wrap and cardboard away too! Very efficient!
