Servis teruk geng.

1) Pekerja kaunter layan tak layan masa check in.
2) Otw ke bilik bau rokok
3) Dekat tangga byk rokok atas lantai
4) Masuk2 bau busuk sgt2 sampai wife nak termuntah.
5) Lantai bilik licin.
6) Selimut bau hancing.
7) Cadar ada stain.
8) Bagi 2 towel tak sama, satu towel nipis mcm towel buangan tak serap air langsung.
9) Bangun2 pagi nampak lipas hidup bawah katil. Seb baik sempat bunuh sebelum wife bangun hahah.
10) Toiletries ada tapi kotak jela isi dlm tu tak dak kecuali berus gigi n ubat gigi. But ubat gigi dia wife kata tak best bau busuk.
11) Penyangkut dlm toilet berkarat teruk takleh pakai.
12) Ada dua plug dlm bilik tapi satu rosak.
13) Last, aku check out awal pagi. Keluar2 bilik je bau mcm org bakar lilin hindu india tu. Owner mcm indian (tak sure). Bukan nak racist tapi nak bakar lilin tu jgn la dlm hotel. Tak munasabah kak oi.

Konklusinya mohon pihak hotel improve mana yg patut. Kalau tak better tutup jelah hotel tu ye. Sekian.

Masa nak check in, lama nak tunggu dapat resit sebab sistem down. Even jarang2 jadi, at least prepare resit offline. Sbb customer rushing nak pergi banyak tempat. Dah check in, bilik tak okay. Minta tukar bilik. Masa tu ada org lain pun mintak tukar bilik. Dari segi noise, okay sebab mmg x dgr bising ape2. Request bilik hujung pun dapat.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Good thing is there weren't any unpleasant surprises, meaning what you see from their website is basically what you'll get. The website tells you everything pretty honestly, & the photos less/more reflect the real condition of the hotel, except that everything has aged a little, of course.||The hotel's pretty new & quite well-maintained. It calls itself a boutique hotel,& it does have an interesting design which is distinct from the standard hotel look.||We took the lowest range room (RM80/ US$26 /night), & due to a recommendation from a friend, had an additional 20% off, which then made the rate extremely reasonable. ||There's one queen-sized bed, one side table, one long table, a pole to hang clothes (no wardrobe), a flat screen TV with poor reception w/ local channels and about 2 cable channels. There's no mirror in room, except one above the sink. Bedroom & bathroom are large enough for two occupants. Bath has a hot shower with glass wall, which makes showering an interesting experience. =) ||Customer service was good; staff were friendly and helpful. We had a blown light-bulb & a TV w/ unwatchable reception - both were quickly settled. A/C & water-heater worked well. Room & bed were clean. Bed was very comfortable; linen & quilt were white & clean. Pillows looked dirty & were too soft, but they provide extras if you ask. No fuss.||They also provide 2 bottled water, but there's NO KETTLE in the room, so you'll need to go to the lobby where they have a water dispenser (hot, cold, or room temp.) to refill your bottles. It can be inconvenient. [Note though that when the website says they provide "coffee making facilities", it's not free coffee; you'll have to buy the pack(s) from them.]||The bathroom is averagely clean. It's very dirty (mold/mildew) under the sink, & some parts of the wall & floor are tiled dark-brown, so you can't really tell if they're dirty unless you have the time to scrutinize each tile. Also there's no soap bars, only 2 tiny bottles of shower gel & shampoo, shower cap, & sanitary bag.||Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay, coz although it wasn't posh, we didn't really feel like we stayed in a budget hotel due to its ambiance. Most importantly we could enjoy a good night's sleep without burning our pockets.
