A humble gym. I came here during non peak hours. So can't really sure how crowded the gym can be. I came in the morning, so really enjoy the natural lighting from the sun. The gym is not that spacious though it has two floors. The stairs are quite steep though.

Lockers are available. Just need to get the keys from the front counter.

Walk In is available with a fee of RM15. If there's no one jaga the counter, you can ask the fella from the car shop downstairs for access and payment of walk in fee. The fella said if you want to register for member, come at night time. So I assume during night time, there's someone jaga the counter.

Water dispenser is available. But not coway or cuckoo brand.

Considerable amount of dumbbell sets and weight plates. Machine equipment are sufficient. Cardio machine also they have quite a number.

Great place for frequent visit. Not recommended if there's too much people. Gym get crowded and slightly difficult to use dumbbell and other weight

Highly recommended but a little bit pricy just because there are other options within bintulu offers cheaper price. Though facility is very good, clean and neat place.
