Not happy with GDEX service. Always late, sometimes even self collect also problem. Better copy J&T, they always deliver on time.

Driver poor attitude!!!!! he scold me when he passed me the parcel. he said i rush him and call him many times, but i just called him once because i wanted to tell him if he’s unable to deliver today, maybe he can send back to kilang & I’ll personally collect it from kilang. He didn’t gave me chance to speak and yet he scolded me.

Went here to pick up my things, lobby only can allow 4 person to enter (during this mco), the staff served me well, waiting time also consider fast. But, main reason i going there because they didn't deliver my item to my residence addresses. So, i called them, instead of waiting another weeks i go there to pickup by myself.

Poor service.

Received a call that my parcel had arrived but was not home at that time. Arranged to receive the parcel the next day yet did not get any calls or messages.

Waited patiently.Called after 3 working days to enquire if I could pick my parcel myself. Was told to wait for a call(til they have found my parcel). Once again waited til the next day, called them again but no answer. Waited another 2 working days before calling, still no answer. Went to retrieve parcel myself from their office finally.

Parcel was in good condition.

Ample parking space. Chairs available to sit outside in shaded area while waiting. When picking up package also noticed phone at counter was ringing yet staff just ignored😐.

Luckily I got my parcel!

On 12/02, I was staying in my house whole day, no one came, but the tracking system showed “refusal to accept, receiver not present”. Seriously? Your driver was the okie that did not present 🥲

On the 14th Feb, unsuccessful delivery, again! Given Kolombong branch a call, he told me driver went for booster dose. They will arrange another time to deliver my parcel. Sounds like they only have one driver.

The arrangement is poor la.

Can’t wait for them anymore, so I decided to visit the branch myself. Staff at branch was helpful and friendly. Waiting time was less than 10 mins, consider efficient. After receiving my parcel, the staff helped me to carry it to my car too.

Ah, and they have spacious parking 😬
