The management should change all the equipment including all the curtains, mattress, pillows, bed sheet and pillow case. Some of the facilities like water heater and water dispenser are not working. TV also have no channel, no remote and some of that have no plug.. I don't know how to switch on the TV. Aircond have no remote and very difficult to control. So, management and owner have to monitor and fix all these problems to keep customer convenience and also give customers good experience and maybe will come again.

First of all, it's important to note that this is a budget hotel and expectations are meant to be low. That said, a few things that weren't great with the room that we stayed in -

1. Air con was leaking all night
2. The entire floor and room smelt of cigarette smoke
3. Blanket was way too small, it could only cover half a double bed hence it was difficult for two people to share
4. No hot water in the shower
5. A few insects and flies in the room

The things that were not so bad:
1. It's relatively quiet in that area
2. There is a 24 hour mini mart, laundromat and 7-11 downstairs
3. Staff were quite friendly
4. It's only RM10 taxi ride to the city centre
5. The room is very affordable

Ghazrins Budget Hotel just as the name sounds. It might not be a 3 star hotel but is okay for long terms stay. The management is very considerate and the staff very lovely. The staff means of communication is Bahasa Melayu so customer might difficult be understood. The hotel doesn't provide a laundry service but few blocks behind has a 24hours laundry shop. Domino pizza is just beside the hotel, 7/11 beside Domino pizza. The hotel is just a stone throw the Larkin sentral terminal which gives you a getaway to whatever destination of your choice. Soaps, Towel and other guest quick needs are provided for the stay.

There is 24 hours mamak restaurant serving food and cheap food. The toilets are shared for single rooms but they are always neat and kept hygiene all the time. The water dispenser is clean on daily basis. The stairs and the surrounding fumigated for insect and other disturbing Ants.

Good stay although sound fun but are very attentive to their customers.

Kosong tak ada bintang pun saya nak bagi,
Bilik ghazrins memang murah sehari semalam cuma rm35 ringgit pun ada tapi biliknya tak berapa bagus banyak lipas!!
Tandas yang di luar bilik berkongsi pulak berlubang-lubang nak mandi pun takut orang sekoding!!

Lumayan lah buat backpacker.. Saya dapat room sehrg 33 RM.. Kamar lumayan luas, agak kurang bersih.. Pemilik nya baik hati mau mengorderkan grab ke Larkin Terminal..

sebb nya kenapa saya menyampah dan meluat Ghazrins hotel budget.salah satu nya bilik kecil macam sial sewa nya ambik kesempatan jadi siapakah yg tak menyampah dan meluat Ghazrins hotel Budget. jadi para pelangcong dalam dan luar negara .betapa ribuan hotel tegak berdiri dibawah kaki Sultan johor yg berhati ehsan kepada semua bangsa dinegeri johor darul takzim
Sultan yg terbilang dari Almarhum Ayah anda beliu.. lagi Siapa tidak tahu negeri johor salah satu negeri yg terkenal disetiap pelusuk negeri. johor. ALLAH SELAMAT KAN SULTAN ....AMIN .

A well known for budget hotel in larkin. Actually there had more than 1 places, in front of larkin sentral and another in larkin perdana.. affordable for stayed nights for those might budget overstay. Around rm20,30,50 per nights depends on types of room available.
