Very Disappointing Travel Experience – Summary of Issues:

- The tour guide was unprofessional and often had a poor attitude.

- While this wasn’t a full shopping tour, there were shopping stops, and we felt pressured to buy. If you didn’t purchase anything, the guide’s attitude became noticeably cold.

- The itinerary was poorly planned — most outdoor activities happened during rainy weather, while indoor stops had better weather or no rain. Maybe we were just unlucky, but the overall timing felt off.

- One traveler had severe diarrhea and needed to go to the hospital. The guide was completely unresponsive and nowhere to be seen. (Thankfully, the driver kindly drove the traveler to the hospital.)

- Later, we gently reminded the guide not to joke about the incident on the bus. Instead, he told us we were "weird" and said "diarrhea is no big deal." Even though he didn’t bring it up on the bus, his response still felt disrespectful.

- The tour guide left us standing in the rain while he went to the toilet, without informing us in advance or checking on the group. He explained that he also had diarrhea and didn’t dare to tell us. But this contradicted his earlier comments about us being "weird" — his explanations were inconsistent and irresponsible.

- On the last night, the hotel arrangement was a disaster. Two different guests — one from China and one from Korea — were able to open our door with their room cards. One of them even scolded us. Hotel staff were careless and didn’t take the situation seriously, leaving us anxious all night about our safety.

This was meant to be a well-planned family trip. We looked forward to enjoying time together, but the reality was the opposite. We were deeply disappointed by the poor arrangements and lack of care. At many points, we were simply left behind or ignored.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Golden First Travel is very irresponsible in arranging schedules. The timing given makes non sense and is not practical at all. It feels like the arrangements were done without proper planning or consideration for customers. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

This is the first time go to travel with tour, very satisfied with the lead person-annie, local tour guide- xiao liu, they are very responsible and helpful, and such a good schedule arrangement, hv a really nice trip, will consider golden first again for next trip.🥰🥰
