i had rent this yacht on 25/6/22 for proposal purpose, super bad experiences, initially there is air cond when we doing decoration, then when depart from the straits quay, had been told tat the air cond was mulfunction due to overheat of enjin, sweating so badly, then the food was too salty, and no mineral water supplied, only sweet drinks, and there is yellowish water leakage from the ceiling, (unsure wat is tat), feedback to the company promise will investigate but no news afterall. bad experiences, not recommeded for this company

A big disappointment with your agency 's handling of my baggage damage claim, which I initially filed through your tour operator on 7 May 2024. Since that time, I have not received any clear guidance on how my claim will be resolved. I am still left without an update after so many months. This lack of responsiveness and accountability has left us feeling short-changed and undervalued as a customer. Please resolve this matter professionally and without further delay.

We have joined the Bali Tour Package from August 10 - August 15. This was really a memorable and sweets holiday package organize by Happy Holidays for our company.
The hotel selection / food choice and schedule planning is all well planned. Having an optimize planned route and minimize wastage of time. The tour guides are very understanding and able to accommodate to our last minutes changes in the schedule and needs. Last but not least, the package is value for money and very competitive in term of pricing.

We had joined the Lapland tour. Two similar tours ex Pg...one 8 days and the other 10 days departed on the same day. Here is the facts of the setback of the 8 days tour :-

1. Instead of checking through from Pg to KL and to Helsinki....the customers on both to and return trip is made to check out in KL and recheck in again. After travelling with many tour companies ex Pg, it is my first for such poor arrangement.
It is genuinely causing v inconvenient and unproductive for the customers. Strongly believe it is to earn better profits as check through flights are higher in prices.

2. Written in itinerary/contract of travel is supposedly to check in Scandic Polar Rovaniemi Hotel or equivalent but instead being check in to a LESS equivalent hotel. Three factors determine its non equivalent ....namely the breakfast served with less varieties of food, the room is much smaller and outdated and without lift. And obviously the price difference of RM100 per night. Again to, maximize more profits.

To add on, most activities involving a local agent, Safartica for field trip or activities is located nearby to Scandic hotel but needed 12 mins walk from the less equivalent hotel ( which also has less tourist needed shops) Happy tours company could have just arranged another hotel near Safartica where there are many hotels....and actually is the city center.

3. Since it is a two separate group....the company should have arranged two buses but instead making the 8 days tour group to depend on the 10 days group goodwill to fetch the 8 days group from the hotel.......obviously creating a feeling of 2nd class group.

This are facts for potential customers to consider as it might disturb your dream vacation.

I just want to know the itinerary in May. As for what you said, I only asked about Japan, not Taiwan and not all of Europe hahaha🤣 The next 4 itineraries I asked about is “Greece, Scandinavia, Germany, Spain” that you were posted on your Facebook. The problem is your service attitude.. All has been read but not reply.. At least you can reply “Sorry I’m busy at the moment, maybe you can filter out your favorite destinations?"

They worst experience I ever experienced! When I walk in the shop, every staff was like looking at me without ask if I need any help, after sat there for few minutes, they were started shouting (who knows what happened). The visa was slow processing and I forced to delay my flight, no recommended and wasting time only
