Very disappointing. Booked a car a week ago as needed car for trip to KL, nobody at office at booked time. After waiting 15 mins called number on the door and was told they would call ‘the team’. 10 mins later was called again and told they were busy elsewhere and I needed to wait outside their office for an hour and a half! This was for a booking at 9am on a normal Monday.
I went down the road and got a great car from the friendly and timely staff at Superclean.
