Holiday Link or FS and GD are not good. I booked a tour during MATTA fair last year at the GD booth. After i paid the deposit, they then get Holiday Link to contact me. The date i booked was 18-Dec but they have forgotten me then asked me to move to 25th Dec with a different itinerary when i pinged them as they should be asking for full payment 45 days before the tour but no one contacted me. On the departure day, the tour leader gave the new itinerary but the tour guide follow the old one and skipped quite a lot not per the new itinerary.
1) Told the customer the new itinerary but didn't follow
2) The Impression of Li Jiang show was cancelled and replaced by a cheap boring cultural show where our seats are at the corners neat the toilet.
3) One of the lunch was arranged at 10:30am and the dishes are just like the economy rice type of dishes
4) They put no shopping but the tour guide took us to a shop that sell silver and even on the bus she started to promote that silver. At night when going to the night market the tour guide purposely brought us to gather in front of the silver shop too
5) The tour guide kept on asking the tour members to buy and assured that she can convince AA even if our luggage exceeded 10kgs but ended up AA don't allow and some of the members have to pay extra luggage fee
6) The tour guide tried to squeeze other members luggage into other member with the assumption that the member luggage not exceeding the maximum weight resulted in long waiting time and embarrassment.
7) As mentioned earlier, the sales can forget a booking and never contact those whom booked and forced them to move to another day.
8) Per the itinerary we should be staying at 4-5 stars but actual we only be given 3-4 stars and one of the hotel is only 2 stars.

Totally cheating. Be it GD, FS or Holiday Link are very unprofessional and not recommended.

很差的旅行社买票之前什么都说可以办到等日期到了时候叫帮忙机票checkin说什么办不到，朋友说在旅行社订机票可以省心他们会帮我们弄好好不用烦结果呢！第一次订票真的太失望了为什么别人都说可以帮忙checkin和座位只有你们这间讲不能还说所有旅行社都弄不到。最后没办法自己上网学同一时间为什么我自己可以弄到分明是找藉口
