Owner minta saya delete REVIEW LAMA, kata nak saman ape bagai, bende betul cuma bukti tak cukup…

Nak buat majlis perkahwinan or ape2 majlis, kawasan memang cukup untuk buat majlis yang besar, tapi SERVICE OUT.. sangat mengecewakan! makanan tak cukup, awal sangat habisnya, majlis habis 4petang, 2:30petang makanan sudah habis..

Pro:
- Enough space for large parties/families.
- Traditional style living area so great place for photoshoots.
- Lawn area for activities such as family day games.

Cons:
- No privacy. They have a restaurant by the pool so we cannot do events there even when we book the entire venue.
- Restaurant visitors will have to walk around your rooms, hence no privacy.
- Pool closed early because it is being used for restaurants.
- No place for cooking or catering. You can only order with the management.
- They will close the water after 6 pm and give weird reasons like “we use too much water for shower etc” or “we cook illegally in the dining hall” when all we did was heat up leftover food. The first time this happens in all my life traveling and staying at hotels etc. The best reason they gave, someone left out the tap running….so 1 room forget to close the tap (which we check, and no that was not the case), and the entire water for the homestay GONE.
- We paid for a homestay for the entire place (not just 1 or 2 rooms). If you are afraid of high water bills while running a hospitality place (homestay, hotel, etc), just quit!
- Even if you ordered food from them, it's min RM35 per person per meal. Very expensive.
- For that price, what we got was squishy/slimy fried rice, smelly and tasteless “grilled” fish, cold “grilled” chicken, instant mashed potato, and cheap sausage. You can get all you can eat buffet with great food for that price.
- Order for like 90 pax yet only received foods for like 45 pax max.

Overall:
- Good place for insta photos but a big NO for events n family days. If you read other reviews. Most are for the restaurant by the pool, NOT the homestay itself.

For the price, this homestay is surely value for money. What i like most is the staffs, they were very nice throughout. This place will surely my first choice next time i am in malacca.

Very poor service, no water supply after midnight, better being your own water if you need to go to toilet at night, pool was dirty, too many mosquitoes in the room, steer away from this place 😰
