I am the only customer waiting when I reached. Only 2 counters attending customers. Waited for 20 mins but the other counter staff is doing her paperwork. 1 customer is asking all the medical terms which took years. The back office staff shd come forward to ease the traffic. Very unprofessional arrangement

Overall is good. Service, staff, call centre...good service. Keep up the good job. Just the hall and the counter layout...quite small. Less privacy. Seems everyone inside can hear our enquiries and transactions
