Family room condition: spacious and clean but not soundproof. I can hear people talking outside of our room, and the people outside of the hotel and the parking area. Even the TV from the next room could be heard.
Bathroom: this is my second time staying here and both times, I've faced the same issue; which is their drainage system. The first time, it was 80% blocked so water was flowing very slowly. The second time, there was a bad sewage odour coming from the drain hole. So this was quite disappointing for me.

Final thought: I hope they can improve on the mentioned issues because while this inn has potential, it can also fail if these problems are not taken seriously.

The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and it's a nice spot if you're travelling. It looks like the hotel has been renovated recently—it feels a bit luxurious now! Very highly recommended. Plus, there are restaurants nearby, just a 2–3 minute walk away, which is really convenient.

First time there. Very comfortable bed, the tv also good, can connect to netflix too. location also good. in front of the ' buffalo roundabout'. parking also available in front of the hotel

Stayed for more than 2 weeks but when changing to another room there was the smell of other people's urine that was not washed and the smell was very bad. The cleaning service was very disappointing because when we asked for the room to be cleaned, the mattress sheets were not changed even though they were dirty .

A loud sound from outside at late night. Like some construction but i dont see any construction. Also, very small bathroom.
