I have a terrible experience. The environment too smelly, disgusting or in iban language is bau but, kamah yuck. Improve ur services and dont always gossiping about people. Dont u think i dont know what the Hx u talk about it.

I have been staying here for about more then 4times, even it's an old hotel but I just like the feel of this hotel it makes u feels like u come to Kapit. If you fussy type and anti smoke smell this hotel isn't for u. To me I have no problem staying here, I found out that they renovated some parts on my stay on 2023

This hotel is ageing & it shows. From the swinging of the old-school aluminium/glass doors to my mattress to the bathroom to my mini tv which doesn't get good reception of the 3 local channels. The rooms were small. There is just enough space to move about. The bathrooms are simplistic & worn.||My room smelled like an ashtray. With the air-conditioning on, you get used to it after a while. The hallways echo very loudly so expect to be awakened by revellers fumbling clumsily about in the middle of the night.||It has free wifi which has a good speed. Compared to many of the similarly priced Kapit budget hotels, this one is actually okay because everything is clean & in working order. The best would be Arkhill. You'd be lucky to get a room there. This place might just be second best at the budget price range.

The hotel is old. The furniture and fixtures are worn out. Was unlucky to have gotten a room at the top floor, need to climb up 4 stories with my luggage. The TV is for decoration, as can't get any channels at all. There's only one extra electric point for us to use. Wifi speed is good, but tends to have connectivity issues now and then. In need of a refurbish.
