Having never dealt with travel agencies before, I was pleasantly surprised by how much weight they carry in order for us to have a care-free trip.

I had arranged for 2-days of activities (1 - ATV + zipline + white water rafting , 2 - Khai Island Tour with snorkeling) with them (without hotel booking) in Phuket, and was happy with their flexibility in planning in accordance to our group’s budgets and compliance with our existing plans and hotels.

The transport arranged was super comfortable for the 8 of us, and the tour guides / drivers even helped to withdraw money when we were low on cash.

We were all very relaxed and happy to know how supportive the tour people were, and how safe we felt.

Just a small note: maybe because of my lack of experience prior with tour agencies, I had assumed that there would be no additional charges or much money to be carried around. However, at the site of activities, its good to know that there are always upgrades to the existing paid packages and additional activities that could be done. Do make sure to ask what additional upgrades would be available, just to prepare enough money to carry around~

Apart from that, a really open communication and great experience! Thank you Ms Tava and Ms Gomathi!!

My recent trip to Kashmir was really wonderful! Our tour guides were extremely helpful from the beginning to the end, going above and beyond to make sure that everything went well. Their commitment was genuinely admirable, whether it was helping us convert money or making sure our trips were pleasurable. The places we visited were just amazing. Though each spot had its own charm, Gulmarg and Pahalgam really stole my heart. Gulmarg was unforgettable because of its incredible beauty, peaceful vibe, and the thrilling cable car ride. Pahalgam was just as exciting, with its stunning scenery and the exhilarating horse ride we went on. Throughout our stay, our hotel and food selections were excellent. The places we stayed at were perfectly chosen much above my expectations for comfort and convenience. Coming home to such warm and inviting areas after a day of exploring was a delight. And the cuisine! Every dinner was an exceptional pleasure, with both foreign and traditional Kashmiri dishes. All in all, my trip across Kashmir was the ideal fusion of leisure, exploration, and cultural learning. My expectations were exceeded, and I came away with lifelong experiences that I will always treasure. Best wishes to key term holidays team!!

We engaged with KT’s Gowri and her team to arrange our holiday to Kashmir. Given it’s our first trip to Kashmir, that too for Winter holidays - we needed a reliable itinerary with the support of local guides as I was also travelling with children. Not only they managed to plan an itinerary that fits my family’s convenience, they had very reliable and accountable team on the ground to help us.
We even had an incident where we missed our flight to Delhi - the team was so helpful to rearrange our flight ASAP to help us not miss much of our itinerary. Really grateful to how they stepped in.
The ground team in Kashmir was on time, very caring (towards my children especially) that I felt so safe in their hands.
Overall, I had a great vacation thanks to KT and would recommend them to anyone who is planning to travel to India or anywhere else for that matter.

This trip by bus was one good n fun ecperience. Usually travelling by bus will be tiring journey but this trip i did not feel any body ache or tired cos the driver n the organizer Ms Tave n Sasha made sure that we all don't feel bored.
