Sent my car in for a Minor repair work claim under insurance. The car got fully fixed within a week, which is impressively quick for insurance claim.

Workmanship is ok, color matching is right, the white paint across the body looks uniform across the side view. A little bit of overspray but generally acceptable.

when you ask for progress is never give an answer or timing..beside this please beware before you sign for any claim form… the workshop guy is not taking responsibility and the whole process is unclear.. they collect customer info send to claim under non franchise part without notice.. they might change your original part too and when you question they will totally ignore your question or just simply go through and you still dont know the progress very bad experience.. think twice before you send your car..

lousy service, lousy workmanship, claim service slow.
-almost 3 weeks only done claim after provide complete document.
-Replace lousy side mirror and cover dropped that install their foreign worker, cannot replace due it is not their responsible.
-workmanship lousy but claim a lot with insurance company.
NEVER EVER USE THIS WORKSHOP, TAK BOLEH PAKAI!!!!

WHY YOU SHOULD NOT COME HERE:-
1) Worst customer service: The boss refused to listen, acted like know-it-all and reluctant to answer the inquiries (he seems like hiding something/ not honest about the issues/ spare parts etc.)
2) One of the new spare parts listed in the invoice was not used (they reuse the original part by knocking/fixing them instead of changing to new part as per listed in the invoice) - verified this after sending to new workshop due to some issues.
3) Expensive spare parts (do your research first!)
4) Noticed that the other side of my car was dented after sending to this workshop (which was not dented before sending to this workshop). Initially ignored & refused to responsible, then after discussing, they only compensated 40% out of actual repair cost at other workshop.
5) After picking up the car, the car faced some issues on the same day. Have to resend for checking and fixing (did not inform in advance has to leave the car there).
6) Worst workmanship. They fix fast within 7-10 days but worst quality. Example, a) the amount of cement they use to cover the poor metal knocking will lead to short-lived maintenance. The thickness of the cement has also change the original car body shape. b) The window was not properly installed or glued - can hear wind coming in / water leaking during the rain. c) The bonnet cant be closed easily due to poor knocking (which they supposed to use new spare part as per invoice).
7) They will just do things to cover up their poor work on the outside

Overall - regret, have to send to another workshop to redo the poor work which adding the cost.

If you are looking for Mr.Chin the young fella. Forget about it. Promised 4hours to get my windscreen done. Not a single work is being done for that 4hours. Don't waste your time in this workshop if your car is needed on time. Avoiding responsibility is what I experienced. Very terrible.
