Hope to give negative stars because the experience with this transporter are the worst I have ever experienced. Totally playing games & wasting my time. As i will be travelling from 25Dec to 03Jan, so after communicating with the seller, promised delivery date will be on 25Dec, but due to misunderstanding from this transporter so deliver can only be on 26Dec, that's where hell started. This transporter promised delivery will be around 6pm, so I specially arranged someone to receive but had to leave at 10pm after waiting for nothing. nobody informed me on the delay & delivery were made at after 12am! Since nobody are around, they just put the item outside my corridor. on 27Dec, they already promised to come & move the item in my house but because they can't get me on the phone, they changed it to 28Dec. I have no choice to specially tell the transporter don't waste calling me, just come at the promised 8am to 11am on 28Dec. From 26Dec to 28Dec, seller totally slow in response or responded with this transporter told me, i was the one liaising with this transporter totally when this should be the responsibilites of the seller. Regarding the delivery at 12am on 27Dec, the customer service even can tell me she did not know delivery was not done on 26Dec at the promised around 6pm. Already promised to complete on 27Dec but because they can't get me so they just changed it to 28Dec. I am currenly travelling to Korea, supposed to enjoy my holiday, yet spending so much time liaising on this delivery due to unresponsible seller and their transporter. I will definitely check with any sellers who their transporter are in the future, if it will be this transporter, I will definitely not going to buy from the seller.
