I gave 1 star because I couldnt give 0 stars. Do not trust a single word these people say. They take your money and leave you stranded. No mather how many times you call and text, she will just straight up lie to you about not knowing anything, while SHE was the one who took the reservation and the money. Lied about a taxi being included in the price, lied about me having a ticket even though I sent a picture to prove it, she did not care. They husstle you at the Kuala Besut bus terminal with fake promises. Dont fall for it. Please find another place to book your ferry or whatever, because these people will leave you to struggle the moment they collect your money, knowing that you have a flight that same day and have to rush, thats when they decide to cut you off. Horrible service, fake promises, can not be reached, very unfriendly! Please be aware!

1st time, year 2005, came with my family without any information about Pulau Perhentian, chanced upon this Travel Agency and the lady boss helped arrange for my boat rides and hotels.

Been using this agency services for the last 5 trips to Perhentian.

10th July 2024, came back again met her, still the lovely helpful boss, who's agency up and running from 7am in the morning and still arranging boat rides to Perhentian.

Rm70 for return ticket. Best to reconfirm your return trip directly with the agency or show your ticket stub to the hotel which will also able to arrange your boat back to main land.

Strongly recommended.

Good service.
You can also go and book tickets directly in off season. But in season it's always recommended to book tickets in advance.
One of their staff is available on bus stand to take passengers to their place.

Check with them, they can also suggest some hotels on the island.

Was told earliest boat leaves at 0730 but to our dismay, even with a 10 pax quota, it just won't do. Regular boat leaves to the islands at 0830. Price is pretty fixed at RM60 per head for a return. Be sure to mention your stop.

We got a good deal on boat tickets for Perhentian Besar and car parking for 5 days. The boot is very conveniently located right at the jetty.
They will try to sell you return tickets as well, but maybe is more convenient to buy them right at your place to stay on the island, so you can be more flexible.

Hotel arranged this agent for me. She called me like 2 hours before and asked me what time I’ll arrive besut Jetty. When I arrived there was a guy who will send you to your car park slot 10 rm a day and fetch you on your bike back to the jetty. While she brings you directly to your boat. I reach at 130 I was on the boat at 1:50pm. I think it’s 35rm one way one person( I took a package so the hotel settled it for me)

They were the only open counter at the jetty when I arrived at 5:30am. If you haven't bought your tickets online yet coz you're not sure of the time. I paid 70rm return open ticket which departed at 7am. All is ok except for a small incident where the 12nn boat going back to mainland had a problem. I had to call and follow up, then they arranged another boat from diff company to take me.
