bilik saya ok , tandas ok, makan ok , aktiviti ok, persekitaran ok sgt.

kalau ikot review mmg kita juga turut negatif, bila pergi di sana sendiri … luar dari jangkaan .. jujur saya ckp kalau org biasa main pulau . ini la pulau yg terbaik.

air nya beza dengan pulau lain ya.

org yg suka cabaran boleh la pergi.

untuk line & internt mmg tiada dissini tapi kg sebelah. ada bila pergi snokling .

Tempat ni memang cantik dan mempersonakan.||Namun tak berlaku di resort ni. ||Air terhad, tangga curam, terpaksa kongsi bilik air dengan pekerja indonesia depa, dengan penuh baju depa ja dalam bilik air tu. Itu belum jamban tersumbat.||||Sesi bbq janji nak sediakan ayam bakar, haram. Bbq depa hanyalah hotdog dan jagung bakar. Lepas tu dok promote buah nenas dia.||||Jadi, sesiapa yang nak datang, harap fikir banyak kali. Baik ke Kampung Buau lagi baik dengan kemudahan asas.

this place is not a resort for comfort.
this place is built on rocks and each rooms requires you to climb many stairs. Not good for people with knee and joints problem.
👎🏼Even the dining hall you have to climb almost 3 storey high.
👎🏼The room has only ceiling fan poorly working and with ceiling lights.
👎🏼The generator for electricity doesn't run 24/7.
👎🏼The tap water need rationing so they had these 2 big buckets in the bathrooms to save water.
👎🏼the jetty has broken down. The owner of the place pak din keep saying that the jetty broken down a few weeks ago but after i read the review in tripadvisor it seems that the jetty had always been broken down.😡
👎🏼 the phone line coverage very poor.
👎🏼 their drinking water taste very dull so if you want mineral water you need to buy with the owner. The oldman pak din is very calculative person. Even if the room key gone missing he will charge you!!!
Food has many varieties like a buffet but this is the only good thing i can say about the place.
please go to tripadvisor for previous reviews by customer and almost many of them hated this place.

Lanting Beach Resort is a great escape from work & for healing.

Praised Lanting for their food. Pak Dean (the owner of the resort) was too generous when preparing food for his guest.

The resort was nicely setting above the rocks with stunning view.

Recommended stay for real escapism!

Our guide En Din, as long as he is still operating this resort you couldn't pay me to take a holiday to this place. Let me tell you why.||||Summary: boat always late, facilities are unsatisfactory, customer satisfaction not prioritized.||||1. On our first day, we were promised the boat would come at 630 am. So we waited at 630 am and the boat didn't come until 1030. 4 hours wasted that could have been spent resting in our rooms. After we get on the boat, it started to malfunction so we had to turn around and wait for another boat. The other boat didn't come until 230 pm. That is 8 hours of waiting for nothing. Half a day wasted. ||||When we arrive at the island it was raining and the jetty is broken and we had to climb this makeshift ladder which was very high and the distance between the rungs is like from your knee to your feet.||||Electricity is not always available. It's only available from 7pm until 7am. There's almost no cellular line so you can't get stable internet. You can still make calls. ||Some of the rooms are leaking and some of our group member had to switch rooms. The steps to the room are very steep and slippery. The advertised karaoke machine which En Din said is working isn't working. ||||On our last day, we wanted to check out earlier than planned and we told En Din to call the boat at 10am because it had been raining in the evening for the past two days. We suspect En Din didn't even try to arrange for the boat at 10am and instead the boat got to the island at 230pm which was as we feared had started to rain. By this time everyone's main concern was to get home as soon as possible so we didn't consider how dangerous it is to ride a boat during rain. When we venture into the rough sea the boat keeps being slammed by the waves and we were seriously afraid for our lives and considered the possibility that we might not make it to the mainland. When we did get to the mainland this En Din had the gall to say that this happened because we hate him? ||||If that guy is still there, seriously do not under any circumstance take this trip. You will regret it.

We booked this holiday few months before we visit the place at June. The person in charge told us last minute we need to catch out the boat to the island at 3am on the morning because of the low tide condition. It took almost 3 hours to reach the island . It was a scary boat ride...Cause the wave very strong and the worst part was the boat man was smoking along the way. The kids feel very sick all along the journey. The worst was they need smaller boat to tranfer us to the island because the jeti there was broken early this year. Is was very dangerous to tranfer a kid from the boat to a smaller boat which can fit 3 to 4 persons during very strong wave condition. The kids was crying during the tranfer. Even me and my husband found it scary...Just imagine the kids. It is strongly not recommended for kids below 18 years old. Pls think twice if you want to bring your family to the Lanting Beach Resort @ Pulau Pemamgil. Thanks God, we are still survive. |The room given was totally unfit to stay. So so disappointed. The bed with ants. The water supply very low. Some even no water supply at all after the first day stay!!The best part was water leaking to our room at 1am in the morning. We was thinking the leak is because of raining, actually is not. Is because of the water dispenser at the floor above leaked. so lucky we were....The carpet all wet and the room so smelly.. Can't sleep well since the first ...|Luckily the food provided is not too bad. |The first day snorkeling trip we didn't joint the kids battery too low after the mid night scary. The second day we follow but the management was too bad. Luckily we choose to see the nemo side...Those who choose the other side waited around an hour at the boat just because of not enough boat to handle around 70 to 80 people at the same time...Those young chap also vommit because of the waiting...Pity them...|At last when we leave the island. The management ask our group which around 30 persons to get ready the broken jeti early in the morning at 5.30am. everyone waiting there sharp and the boat which supposed to fetch us ready waiting us outside the deeper sea cause the jeti can't be used anymore. But the boat which support to transit the visitor to the bigger boat still missing until almost 7am in the morning. The wave still very strong. Luckily there are a group of visitors who came from Yong Peng help us to take care of our kids and other kids during the transit. They really helpful during the whole process. |Lastly my husband said...Thx AMTB. He won't come here anymore even if it is free...I felt the same...
