Untuk Apartment tidak boleh mandi kolam.
Hanya hotel shj....
Tapi sepanjang tinggal 3 hari dua mlm disini,
X nampak langsung sesiapa yg pergi mandi,bsik hotel mahupun apartment...
Sangat mengecewakan......satu bintang shj saya boleh bg...

Need to collect the key and pick up towels etc from the office located near the Aeon Mall. Stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment. Located just 10 minutes walk to Lumut ferry jetty. Had a bad experience because the drain in the master bedroom was blocked. The curtain was pulled down.

Very bad, staying at Flat no. 43 of the Apartment gave us a frustrating experience for the rent we paid. The TV does not work, there is no WiFi, the kitchen is not functional like the microwave, fridge and other appliances do not work, master bedroom Air cond is leaking.
The advice is if you do not want to spoil your holiday mood, please do not book this flat for your visit to Lumut.
Please provide correct information online so that tourists are not faked.

kolam air tak boleh mandi sebab takda maintenance. overall lain semua okay dari segi parking,servis,tempat. lift kena hati hati sebab lift dia laju tutup. kena cepat

Room is spacious with kitchenette etc. However, any help request e.g.
on tv which is without signal is not entertained as staffs are far away at another location i.e.Double Happiness Hotel and difficult to contact. Have to take keys, towels etc at the hotel and return them again at the location upon Check Out thus quite inconvenient.
Parking is inconvenient

Nice room, affordable price (Agoda). But the aircond not function well. The aircond only used fan not cold. Available for late check in too! Got swimming pool, great for bringing children here!

Not great. One star as I cannot give zero. I This is the view from our room..we rented our two bedroom villa from Super Kleen. Villa no47. Filthy mattress looked like it had been urinated on and the divot in the mattress was about 6 inches long by 4 inches wide. Enough to fall into. Should have been in the rubbish tip not in a holiday rental property. There were dead cockroaches on the bathroom floor. The kitchen sink was dirty and the Venetian blind on the kitchen window was disgusting. I paid for this room a good rate as "school holidays". I have written to owner and they are sorry but no monetary refunds. Happy to take money on false pretence but not refund.

In all of my travels I have never had the misfortune of staying in a room this disgsting. Would not recommend Super Keen to rent through. Their hygiene levels are very low.
