A lovely hotel, in the most perfect location.

We paid around rm350 for 3 nights across a weekend! Brilliant price. With that price we didn’t expect too much but were pleasantly surprised.

First of all the location is perfect. Situated well within walking distance to all of George Towns main attractions.

Although we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, it was available everyday free of charge.

The rooms were clean, well stocked and looked after. Options for cleaning, new bedding and new towels everyday.

The two hosts we saw were very nice and informative. They also gave great recommendations for food as this can be an overwhelming choice to make when you spend little time in Penang.

Next time we come back, this hotel will be our first choice!!

It looks more like a motel or guest house. The property doesn’t have elevator. Lucky we got a room at the ground floor. Room is clean, yet wall paints needed a retouch. Looks like the paints are falling apart. Doesn’t give a positive vibe in the room.

- The shower has Excellent water pressure
- The bed is Extremely comfortable with good linen and pillows.
- The TV has a few English channels
- There’s no noise at night, so you can sleep well.
- The air conditioning is very good and not noisy.
- There’s a mini fridge
- They provide 3 in 1 coffee sachets everyday.

Service: The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. They promptly assisted me with room changes and provided an extra chair for my work.Room: The room was basic, with a small table and an uncomfortable chair, which is why I requested an additional chair. The bed sheets were a bit worn out but still clean. There was a little dust on the table, but it could be easily cleaned. One issue was the fridge, which had a moldy smell, likely from leftover food stains and being switched off for days. I took extra effort to buy Dettol and clean the fridge myself.Location: The hotel is strategically located near tourist sites but is also close to a mosque. For those who prefer quiet environments, this may not be an ideal location. The early morning call to prayer at 5 AM was quite loud, which might be disturbing for some guests.
