27/12 my uncle went to this place to take the 9.45 pm bus of sri melati in bercham back to Singapore. Due to two persons went to wrong place, we need to wait them for around 15 minutes more. When we asked a Chinese girl with spectacles, her talking attitude was totally horrible. Customer service like this will be a shame to this company!! She was not patience to answer our questions and also can't handle our complaints probably ... This made us very disappointed!! Hope can solve this problems!! Thanks!!

Driver have attitude problem,bus no (pmr3838)ipoh to sg,1/1/2019,8:45.driver scold customer,pls take noted ur company is not gengster company ,if still like tat next time i will take video put on wedsite
