Staying at this hotel makes me feel so confused. The decoration and furnishing is at par as 4 star hotel but it is not well maintained and a bit dilapidated.

The corridors were dimly lit and they let the windows at the end of the corridors open at night. Honestly, it was scary, but thankfully no weird things happened.

Check in - since I booked through agoda, I just provided reference number. Rm50 CASH deposit is needed. One keycard given.

Room - very spacious and comfortable. No landline phone to connect to concierge. In my room the wardrobe was broken and left ajar. Didn't open the tv so unsure what channels are available.

At first data connectivity was bad and had to restart phone. Couldn't connect to hotel wifi.

Kettle available, however no iron. Didn't go down and ask for iron so not sure if it's available.

There's a mini fridge. Toiletries, water bottle and free tea and coffee provided in the room.

Breakfast - honestly I could go without. The cafe on second floor is so big but the menu is limited, and very bland.

Checkout - smooth. Give room number and they'll return your deposit.

Location - far from airport and city. Advisable to drive here.

Would come again for the spacious room.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my breakfast experience at Hotel Millesime was truly disappointing and did not reflect the standards expected of a high-rated hotel.

- 🥗 Unfresh salad: The vegetables looked wilted and soggy, as if they had been prepared the night before. No crunch at all, and the tomatoes were mushy.
- 🍽️ Bland main dishes: The fried rice and noodles were completely tasteless, as if cooked without salt or spices. The scrambled eggs were dry and overcooked.
- 🧼 Dirty food containers: Several trays and food covers were dusty and greasy. Fingerprints and stains were clearly visible and not properly cleaned.
- ❄️ Air conditioning not working: The dining area was hot and uncomfortable. Ventilation was poor, making the space feel humid and smelly.

I hope the management takes note and improves the service quality. Breakfast should be a pleasant start to the day—not a disappointing experience.

第一次入住，很糟糕的体验！酒店位于HIGHWAY旁边，我订的是三人房，被安排在八楼，窗户对准高速公路，整晚都有汽车、Motor 飙车经过，吵到完全无法入睡，虽然酒店有做了两层玻璃窗密封，可是噪音严重，非常折磨😩，根本无法入睡🥲🥲……
而且，这是虚有其表的四星酒店，维护很糟糕，设备都残旧，枕头套、床单（床单破洞）、被子都泛黄，枕头又高又硬，睡浴巾也是旧旧的…..而且，三人房应该很久没人入住，橱柜都是厚厚一层灰尘…
要说优点，就是房间空间大，洗澡水很大，洗澡很舒服（但是排水管阻塞🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️）…

We stay 2 night

1. Go in on the A/C after 30 min still super duper hot no cold at all. Still have mold stain and smell
After inform technician fix , it cold awhile only then still hot until we open ownself fan. How pity my gosh

2. The soundproof super weak even we stay 12th floor still can listen the highway vehicle pass by sound and the outside room anyone walk it will listen it super duper clear.

3. The 2nd morning while out of room do inform the reception and indian lady cleaner for room cleaning and we did open the room cleaning signal but the night we come bck my gosh
The floor super duper dirty with the shoe stain and toilet is wet without mop it

Immediate call reception and the end cleaner was come up done it welly and keep sorry to us.
I just ask morning is it he cleaning of it he mention that he’s night shift. So its the girl cleaner

I felt good about this hotel and price, i read those reviews from customers it was rated so badly and remarks badly. After my stays i doesn't feel it was so condame or worst . The bathroom, bedsheets hygiene was considered 8/10. Rooms was so spacious. Ut was quiet and peaceful. If for me i definitely Will come back here. Worth the price to stay in such big room.

I didn't try the breakfast, as we can eat out easily at nearby cafe.
I give a 5 Star for the price i pay to get the comfort stays.

Can sense that there is negative (yin) energy upon entering this hotel.

The room is big but full of mould, and there are book lices or not sure what insect is that in the toilet.

The hair dryer has the electrical exposed already.

Use the phone to call the operator, but there was no dial tone.

But the mattress and pillow are comfortable. My partner told me that I didn't snore much, which is a good thing.

The view is nice if u r staying facing the mountain and at a higher floor.

But I won't be returning to this place to stay.

The worst breakfast spread I have ever seen in my life. If you are planning to stay at this hotel, opt-out from breakfast selection.
The only protein you're gonna get is sunny side up egg. The porridge has turned bad. Another guest was about to feed their child a porridge that has turned bad. What in the hell
Hotel aircond is worst, took time for the room temperature to go down and no need to use the blanket. Its WARM. Do better!
