Don’t trust for them for same day delivery. My parcel been hold for 2-3days in their warehouse and they not even call you for that, until I called them. My parcel requested on Thursday night, picked up on Friday morning, at sat evening 5pm I called them, but there is nobody to pick up my call until Monday morning only told me, they can’t make it on same day delivery due to shortage of manpower! This is the 2nd time, they fail me! I will never ever use their service anymore!

They said they will call before they reached, which they never and I have to wait the whole day (which I still can understand as delivery schedule are unpredictable) But I’m sure they dropped or hit my bike during the transportation as my handle is broken and the fuel tank it’s completely drained. I have no idea what they did to my bike. But they are cheap. So you paid what you get for. Strongly advised you to go for other alternatives.

My supplier used MOTOREX to deliver their goods, they came during lunch hour and no-one was there to collect the goods nor sign the delivery order, so i asked the driver to wait for another 30 minutes after my staff return. However the driver was being very rude and scolded me in fact, on the flip side, the driver should have known that every company has their lunch our period and as a professional service, they have to call and check with us before delivering like what courier companies are doing. I am very disappointed with the service that MOTOREX is providing, they should really train their staff better and teach them some manners, after all MOTOREX is in the service industry, I am just utterly disappointed

I get them the send 4kg sample to FedEx office. But FedEx refuse to take it even with the order been placed, MSDS and the invoice attached together. Their driver send it back to the office and their staff help me to hold it, box it until I get DHL to collect the sample and send it to Singapore.
I received the sample in a good condition. Their staffs were patient and professional in helping me solved the problem. Thanks.
